This is probably the friendliest Arby's I've ever been to. Service is always fast, and the food is hot

They charged me $4.03 for their Ham and Swiss Breakfast croissant and it was mainly bread and cheese with very little ham. No more breakfast's at Arby's. RIPOFF!

Waited over 15 minutes for a 3 piece chicken tender meal. I would of understood if they were but there was no 1 in or in the drive thru but me . No communication nor an apology . Very disappointed

every single time without fail my $9 reuben sandwich is soggy and floppy! when i ask them to toast the bread twice they always refuse or tell me they all ready do. I never complain but the past 30times ive had to come home and cook my sandwich it literally takes 30sec for them to put the bread threw again but they always refuse

Ordered a combo 1 and this is the amount of fries I got along with them being hard and old.. wow I mean you could have at least filled them up since yalls prices are so high.
Always a favorite place to eat especially when out of state or on vacation

Went through the drive thru and it took 20 min sitting in line then I asked for Arby's Sauce and they gave me sugar packets.... I didn't order anything that would need sugar

Well I usually end up leaving because it takes so long, but when I do, there is usually someone at the counter complaining, or they are messing up my order. It's one of the 3. tonight after waiting a long time for my food they did not even give me my drink. I told the kid to forget and drove away. I will be adding this to my do not visit locations of fast food moving forward. Enough is enough. Probably better off closing like the rest of the horrible restaurants in Harrison . Order number was DT302. Good luck in the future you won't see my money anymore. I will not fill out your survey, we are beyond the point of me ever visiting this location again. Maybe use this for future reference to save someone else from not buying anything from this store in the future.

Whoever was working the drive thru acted like she was slow. They didn't charge me the right price for my coupon and charged me for a sandwich I didn't order. Other than that food was good as usual. Love Arby's
