Big fail on the BLT. I can't believe I paid that much for skinny, tasteless bacon. The fries and shake were great and people were nice as usual. Shame on you for that BLT though.

Absolute awful experience. They gave me the wrong order and I didn’t realize until I got back home. I live around 15 mins away and this was the first stop off the highway. I showed my receipt and asked for either a refund or a replacement sandwich. They told me I needed to give my other sandwich back, which was at home 15 mins away, in order for me to get my money or a replacement sandwich. Horrible.

This is probably the friendliest Arby's I've ever been to. Service is always fast, and the food is hot
They charged me $4.03 for their Ham and Swiss Breakfast croissant and it was mainly bread and cheese with very little ham. No more breakfast's at Arby's. RIPOFF!

Waited over 15 minutes for a 3 piece chicken tender meal. I would of understood if they were but there was no 1 in or in the drive thru but me . No communication nor an apology . Very disappointed

every single time without fail my $9 reuben sandwich is soggy and floppy! when i ask them to toast the bread twice they always refuse or tell me they all ready do. I never complain but the past 30times ive had to come home and cook my sandwich it literally takes 30sec for them to put the bread threw again but they always refuse
