i come by most mornings during the week, and being recognized by the barista, having him remember my order each day, makes me feel beyond seen. i love coming to this biggby before work, my strawberry punch is always delicious, and the barista always asks to make sure my bagel is how i like it. i absolutely adore this place, and will definitely keep stopping by each morning!! thank you so much to the kind baristas that open each morning!! you guys keep me living!!! :)
Decent, but I'd go elsewhere.I stopped in for a coffee on my way to Cincinnati. The employees were cordial, but not very welcoming. It was clear that the drive thru was their top priority and my presence inside the building was a little off-putting. I got a Butter Bear latte on vacation and it was amazing! It had a very distinct butterscotch flavor. The 3 I have gotten from this location have not. I probably will not buy another but overall, it's good coffee and doesn't seem too acidic. If you like Dunkin more than Starbucks, you will probably like the drinks here. It is expensive - plan to spend around $6 a drink. Also, they do have a drive-thru but the 90 degree angle of the speaker to the window means you have...
