There’s simply no structure at all it truly seems like servers do not have sections at all and random fire grab people that get sat. Me and my boyfriend have tried multiple times now and had a mid to bad experience every time. We are the type of people that hate to ask for discounts on our meal but felt entitled to one just because it takes forever and half of it is cooked wrong burnt etc this time sent us over the edge literally walked out because we didn’t get our drinks in 15 mins of waiting watched her take and order of someone who came in before us after taking ours but gave drinks to someone that just got there (cappuccinos just like we ordered btw)

I arrived a few minutes ahead of my party to reserve a table. When my party arrived the hostess did not inform them I was in the back. We ordered our food and it took an hour and at the end of the order we bought French toast which we were never informed they would be waiting at the front. The only way we found out is when I made mention of it. It took us 2 hours to have a 30 minute breakfast.And it was not that busy maybe a handful of tables.

I’ve had bad experiences here before, nothing like this. Waitress barely checked on us, even thou were there from 12:20-2:20. Waited well over an hour just for over half of the food to be missing, waitress argued with manager in front of table about her not coming back, no discount was offered, all was said was a ton of excuses.I have worked in food service for over 5 years, I never have done anything like this but this was the biggest waste of time and the worst dining experience. It is 100% management. The manager heard us talking about how our food was missing and didn’t stop and say anything at all. We originally had 6 people, after an hour of waiting one person had to leave, we were still charged for their food. We all paid and left a tip, but will discourage everyone from ever going to Harrison’s bob evens as it is the biggest waste of time and an awful experience.

Me, and buddy wanted something different, walked in clean, and quiet, was immediately seated, and within minutes our orders were taken, the young lady serving us was pleasant, and very professional, I will consider eating there again, if I could have her as my server.I hate that I can't remember her name, to really give her recognition, she deserves it, a black sweet young lady with glasses, welcoming smile.Parking: Was plenty of parking, it was early A M, we got a spot right away.Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere, although not seeing any kids during our visit, the restuarant looks like they've had their fair share of children, and can be very accammodating.Wheelchair accessibility: accommodating ground entrance, looks like it would be very easy for a person or persons on wheelchairs to enter the restuarant without any problems or concerns.

The food was not the best, some of it was cold when it came out, others came in very small portions. We had a larger group of people, but the service was slow and clunky.
I work here!!... it is an amazing place. Our crew is like family,, We get super busy at times. It may take a few extra minutes for us to get to our tables... I myself try extremely hard to... get, make, and keep my customers happy!!... Thank you to everyone who comes to our Harrison location to spend time with us and to enjoy our food!!! I used to love to stop at Bob Evans when I was on a road trip.. But, not so much anymore. My wife had her usual 'Deep Dish' chicken and noodles with yeast rolls on the side (instead of biscuits as part of the deep dish entrée). She found only one small cube of chicken. The yeast rolls were rock hard and couldn't be eaten. I had fried eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and home fries. The home fries, in my humble opinion, were terrible. They tasted like they were left over from breakfast and I was there around 7pm. The same with the biscuits and gravy. The eggs and bacon were good. Service was great. I think I will remove Bob Evans from my go-to list of restaurants for when I am on a road trip. It's kind of sad.
