We have been waiting for over an hour for wings and a kids meal. I shouldn’t have rated for the food because I’ve not received it yet. We have asked for updates numerous times and told it will be up shortly. Update. We were told our food would be another 30 minutes. We are canceling the order and not coming back.

I was not impressed. The place is huge, but when its packed, it takes a while to get your food (Kitchen staff needs increased? If not staffed properly, sit less people?). My daughter ordered mild wings, but they do not taste like the mild I remember and they are pretty spicy (Maybe the recipe changed?) Used the restroom and there are no paper towels, the door opens inward and has no way to open it without touching the handle. When my bill came my tall beer was cheaper than my regular sized beer. If there was a deal like that it would have been nice if the server had mentioned it when I changed to a short. Looks nice, but good service, communication, and more thought into safety would be nice. Think about it. Not everyone washes their hands, then the staff go in and have to touch the same door handle the rest of us do. The germs spread like crazy while they handle our food and bring us our orders, plus whatever germs we get from it.

we order doordash from here frequently and the food always gets here hot, but I would recommend just skipping on side sauces altogether. we pay for them every time and never receive them. quite inconvenient! edit: upon further inspection of my order i also did not receive the fries that CAME WITH my meal. just chicken. do better!!

Lucas and staff did a great job last night taking care of us. We got seated quickly around 7 pm and got drinks and food in a timely manner. Lucas did great keeping or drinks filled and checking in to make sure we were good. After a long day it was nice to have a relaxing dinner.

I had a work event here with a total of 11 people. The food was good but the service was not. We had one bartender who was amazing, the other bartender seemed to have an attitude. The hostess was confused when I asked about seating arrangements. I asked about umbrella’s for the outside seating and the employees outside seemed to think it was a joke. I was very shocked. The manager I talked to was very understanding and accommodating. If they were slammed with customers I’d understand but there was nobody in there. From my understanding this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. As a fellow manager I’d rethink my staffing at this location. It’s a nice location in Harrison but man, was I disappointed.

Wonderful place to visit to experience the outdoors, the water slide is a nice Touch, but water is a little cold. The petty zoo out back is great for the little ones, keeps them occupied while you hammer beer. The food is 5 star quality, esp the general Tso's chicken, after a plate full of that it's nice place for a relaxing massage, they only have 4 masseuse, so be prepared to wait. Well worth it tho ! Great place for family vacation, 10 out of 10 highly recommend
Oh I’m so disappointed! The last three times now, with carry out orders, something is wrong or missing, or just plain silly. We don’t cook, we get carry out or dine out most every day. So, most of these restaurants, we frequent frequently. I want to order here more, but quality control needs to check orders better.
First time it was buy 1 get 1 … so total 20 boneless wings. Sauce on side. We got ONE tiny thimble sized cup only half filled with sauce. I requested 2 sauces, got charged for second which is fine, also only half filled. There is no way that tiny cup would coat those wings had I not asked for it on the side.
Second time - not a big deal, just left out extra sauces we paid for, celery, ranch etc. Not worried.
Third time- I ordered chips and queso, pico on the side and the street tacos. Those were fine/good. The queso must’ve been dropped as when we got home, the cup was upright with lid on. Yet, 1/3 of the chips were covered and now soggy in the Hatch Queso w/ Chili. No pico on the side. Opened the container of Queso, and they didn’t bother topping off what they spilled. It was maybe if being generous, half filled. The lid and container were cleaned off. Had it spilled on way home the lid would’ve been off, or at least messy.
I may just stick with Willie’s if this is how it is going to be.

Service was great, good not so much. Order the Philly chicken, just don't. They did not use queso as advertised, just sliced American. Chicken tenders were tough. Chicken wings, over cooked. Highly disappointing

The waitress was not friendly at all! She never came back to ask how food was. She never came back to give us refills. She seemed bothered and overwhelmed. Food was great however she made me not to want to dine at this location again.

My wife Kim and I had a group of 30 people Friday night during busy time and our waitress Amanda was amazing. She busted her butt with a smile on her face and was engaging to everyone. Thank you Amanda for your hard work and making sure all our tables were taken care of!! The only reason for 4 stars was the food was tough(wings) and slow but it was busy hour.

Bro why do they hate saucing their wings. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this location and it’s always the same but the first time I had zero sauce. No response from management ever. Go to Colraine, Kenwood, or Blue Ash.
