Our server, Molly, was very nice and sweet. We didn't like our initial appetizer and she knew it and got another appetizer for us. She changed our whole experience. The burgers were good too, as usual. Molly deserves the employee of the month award!

As soon as you walk in, you notice a little difference in the environment, the staff are all very friendly super quick to say hello making you feel comfortably welcome. I chose to sit at the bar for the convenience of having a staff right in front of you & immediately sitting down. My bartender was great! Not only did she check on me throughout the whole time making sure I had enough beer and food, but also the other members of the staff leaving you feeling included with the whole place. I went with the burger special, which was the pretzel bun burger with a side of onion, even though I needed more onion rings to my order their onion rings are now my favorite onion rings. I will be back to try more burgers.

Seated right away. Food came out fast, hot, and fresh. Best chicken nachos I've ever had, SOB Nachos on the menu, the best boneless wings I have ever had, and their sauces are all made in house. Great service and food. A must try.

Food was good and came out very quick

Food was great. Service from server was good. Service from the restaurant itself not so much. I ordered smoked wings which were phenomenal. Wife ordered pulled pork sandwich. We requested a tortilla shell instead of a bun and was told that the kitchen doesn't and won't make exceptions. When her food was brought out, it was literally a big ice cream scoop of meat. Absolutely zero reason the kitchen couldn't put her food on a tortilla. After dinner was over I asked for a manager and her response was identical to the server. She apologized for the kitchen and told us to ask for a tortilla on the side and we can make our own wrap. She wasn't rude about it, but was serious that the kitchen wouldn't accommodate any requests. This is absolutely poor customer service for such a easy request. I hope that the owner sees this and can hopefully make what I feel is a easy adjustment. Our experience would've been absolutely perfect had this simple request been taken care of. I feel the kitchen manager doesn't care about the experience of the customer and therefore won't make exceptions.
