This size is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention it is not correct. Why does my chipotle burrito show comparible size to a Fifth Third Bank Pen!!!!!! Every single time i go to this Chipotle in Harrison Ohio, i am met with rude customer service, and employees who do not want to fulfill my order to the Chipotle Standards of portions. Chipotle set the standards for portion sizes and now this??? Absolutely ridiculous. Is the portion sizes that I am paying for coming out of your employees paychecks??? I would like to know. Dont increase prices if your going to decrease portion sizes. This is not worth the money i spent, just to leave feeling hungry. I should have went to tacobell. Much more bang for the buck i spent here.

if you deliver from this location you are promised a terrible bowl even if you ask for extra of anything. I received a bowl with the portions so small it could only feed a small child. It is ridiculous! If you try to even get in contact with someone you will be redirected to their website where nothing will be resolved

Food quality is always on point. Portions as well. Definitely doesn't skimp on serving size. One of the better Chipotle during the evening. The one time I had went earlier in the day it was the complete opposite.

Placed order and upon leaving restaurant which at this time was empty, the man building your food stood behind the serving station and proceeded to hover over the trays and pick food out of the containers and put them in his mouth, over and over. More than once without using a utensil or new gloves. I left and tried to call. They make it impossible to call and it just goes to recorded messages. So, we went back after 15-20 minutes. This time, they were not only still doing this, they were also feeding it to one another. I have video and photos of this. I asked for a refund and was told no. I asked for their name and was told no. The manager was who I was talking to. He told me it was company protocol to taste the food. I said certainly not in this fashion and he just continued defending his employee. He would not even watch the video I took, or look at the photos. After asking for their names, he then said do you want a refund? He gave it to us. Please please beware of this hugely unsanitary and against every health code imaginable location. They did not care, they defended it. The place was very dirty, drops of food sitting on counters, on the floor, under the checkout was food and used napkins, garbage can was overflowing and you can look at the reviews. It seems this location has quite the reputation.

Update: Never received a call nor was I contacted except by an auto response from the company’s bot, and this alone should speak volumes. I’d think a chain like this would not only want to know, but need to know this is happening. Never again.

My steak was completely burnt! I couldn’t even eat it because it was hard and inedible. Also missing the chimichurri we ordered and I there were maybe 2 pieces of chicken in the tacos. Chipotle is a joke! I spent almost $30 and ended up throwing it out. These employees know exactly what they’re doing.

I’ve finally had enough bad experiences here where I just have to share, this place is awful for portion sizes and food quality. If I’m paying extra for extra cheese and there’s barely enough to cover the food in my bowl, that’s ridiculous. Go anywhere else but this place because it’s consistently terrible every time I have it.

So I've eaten in person and through take out apps. Eating in person seems fine. However, if you order it through an app they give you the most disgusting food that isn't even right. The lettuce we got was rotting and I ordered brown rice but got stiff white rice. It's also only half full which is upsetting because when we go in person they don't do that. I think this is the last time I'll eat at this location via ordering through apps.

Literally the WORST location ever!! I work in and with food, DAILY! I understand things happen. But this location, it's Every single visit. I try and try to give more chances, and it's horrible everytime. The service sucks. There are a good amount of workers, but NO FOOD?? Explain that to me?? It's crazy that corporate hasn't addressed or fixed this ongoing issue, that is causing them to lose lots of business.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to—and I’ve visited many across the country. We were told the chicken would be ready in 6–8 minutes but ended up waiting in line for over 30 minutes. While we waited, my husband counted several people who gave up and left because of the long line. When we finally got to the counter, we were told honey chicken was “discontinued” (even though I had it here recently and it’s still on the app), and there were no fajita veggies made at all.
The staff seemed very young and inexperienced, with only one person actually cooking food, which left the restaurant completely unprepared. To top it off, the dining area was uncomfortably cold.
I have never experienced issues like this at any other Chipotle location—this one has consistently been the most negative. I truly hope to see things improve here, especially since it’s the closest to us, but for now we plan on driving further to other locations, as this experience has topped the others.

Actually sad Chipotle corporate has not stepped in. To see a location run out of food, management and employees quicker than a normal fast food restaurant. Always out of stuff to order, low quality customer service. Literally ran to kroger after ordering just to get the rest of my stuff/ingredients for my bowl and burrito😂😂😂. Good job Corporate for keeping an eye on this!!!
