Took 20 minutes to get my meal home that was ordered directly from the line, and by the time I got it home, the max temperature of the warmest part of the dish was 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Absolutely ridiculous. Truly my last straw with this restaurant.

I paid $17.15 for this bowl of what? I see the bottom of the bowl. You tell me this is worth the $17.15? Asked for no onion and guess what there are grilled onions in the bowl. Not many but a few. Well not worth the money. Can someone please tell me how this is worth that much money. Sorry but never again will I eat there!! Plus my wife’s bowl had hair in it.

This is easily the worst location in Cincinnati. Absolutely horrible customer service when I called to discuss my bowls (see photos). Basically said sorry and moved on. No one here cares. Don't order takeout/delivery or they'll turn out like these photos - it's happened more than once. Why work if you won't even do the minimum?

This is the worst Chipotle! We live about two minutes from here and I choose not to go because they are always out of ingredients. How do you run a restaurant that has a Mexican flavor without salsa and guacamole!!!! The last time I visited, they were out of cheese!! The people running it don't seem to care. Last night I decided that I was too tired to cook so my husband suggested Chipotle and so I went. Again, so sorry I did. My husband was sorry too. There was very little taste to the bowl and the servings have gotten so small. The gentleman before me received a very large helping of meat but mine was miserly!!! Why the difference? Do they choose who they like to serve? Will not be visiting this Chipotle again!!!!

Kinda needs an update and a deep clean, but overall, it's one of the better Chipotle I've been to, and that's because of their food! Good cooks on their first shift, I haven't been there at night to see if it's any good.

This place has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. Dirty tables, filled trash cans, small portions, and annoyed employees. Even the flavor lacks. I can’t blame them for the conditions because they are always so busy, but the business has suffered from lack of care.

I find most of our local locations are always out of several ingredients, can only speak for dinner time as I don't eat lunch often. I quit visiting all together feed up with the constant shortages of ingredients.

This chipotle should be trained by the one in Aurora Indiana. The one in aurora is spotless every time we go, they are never out of ingredients, and the food is perfectly seasoned with perfect portion sizes. The exact opposite of this chipotle.

Placed a pickup order and even came a bit later than the time knowing I ordered at a busy time and I waited almost an hour for my order. This is by far no fault to the workers but to management for having this location completely understaffed for lunch.

I visited this location last night. It is about 30 minutes from my home so I usually order 2 salads but request the hot and cold ingredients be in separate bowls (so the lettuce doesn’t wilt and the cheese doesn’t melt). The person who took my order said that would not be a problem. But then the lady at the register came rushing over to inform me that corporate no longer allows them to give 2 extra bowls just to separate hot and cold ingredients. And if they did give it to me like that it would be on camera and they would get in trouble. She also proceeded to inform me that they could put all of my topping in little individual cups (not sure how that saves money and what about my wilted lettuce??). I didn’t argue and proceeded with my order. But what really got to me was 1) She didn’t offer to let me just pay for the 2 extra bowls and 2) Chipotle is more concerned with losing the cost of 2 extra bowls vs losing what was a very loyal customer!! Needless to say the salads were disgusting when we sat down to eat them. Very sad!!!
