So I've eaten in person and through take out apps. Eating in person seems fine. However, if you order it through an app they give you the most disgusting food that isn't even right. The lettuce we got was rotting and I ordered brown rice but got stiff white rice. It's also only half full which is upsetting because when we go in person they don't do that. I think this is the last time I'll eat at this location via ordering through apps.

Literally the WORST location ever!! I work in and with food, DAILY! I understand things happen. But this location, it's Every single visit. I try and try to give more chances, and it's horrible everytime. The service sucks. There are a good amount of workers, but NO FOOD?? Explain that to me?? It's crazy that corporate hasn't addressed or fixed this ongoing issue, that is causing them to lose lots of business.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to—and I’ve visited many across the country. We were told the chicken would be ready in 6–8 minutes but ended up waiting in line for over 30 minutes. While we waited, my husband counted several people who gave up and left because of the long line. When we finally got to the counter, we were told honey chicken was “discontinued” (even though I had it here recently and it’s still on the app), and there were no fajita veggies made at all.
The staff seemed very young and inexperienced, with only one person actually cooking food, which left the restaurant completely unprepared. To top it off, the dining area was uncomfortably cold.
I have never experienced issues like this at any other Chipotle location—this one has consistently been the most negative. I truly hope to see things improve here, especially since it’s the closest to us, but for now we plan on driving further to other locations, as this experience has topped the others.

Actually sad Chipotle corporate has not stepped in. To see a location run out of food, management and employees quicker than a normal fast food restaurant. Always out of stuff to order, low quality customer service. Literally ran to kroger after ordering just to get the rest of my stuff/ingredients for my bowl and burrito😂😂😂. Good job Corporate for keeping an eye on this!!!

Gross, dirty, food was stale and lukewarm. I’ve smelled those plastic portable toilet booths more pleasant than the bathroom. I would drive half an hour both ways to go to a different restaurant.

The counter is always disgusting. The employees stand around most of the time and don't acknowledge customers until the line builds up to the door. Then the rush to get everyone out which makes the food sloppy and portions uneven. On top of the fact the prices went up. But the portions for meat seem to have shrunk. Last two times i attempted this place I just walked out after watching the service here. It's no wonder the place has closed down so many times in the 5 years of me living here. I give up. I'll just stick to Bubbakoo's.

Worst experience of my life! There was no adults working so not sure if there was management in there or not. I ordered a takeout bowl and a bag of chips! The chips were stale, only about a handful in the bag and had no salt on them. 2 boys were struggling to figure out how to work the register! Very skimpy portions! Rice is about the cheapest thing you can buy and I got one spoonful! Soo disappointing when you spend over $10. Chipotle wake up and get some people in there that care about the customers!

Went dine in on 7/11/25 at about 650pm. Not super busy but a line starting. I had steak bowl with brown rice, black beans, salsa, guacamole, sour cream. My hubs had chicken bowl, white rice, salsa and light cheese. BOTH bowls not even close to being hot. Noticed an entire prep table completely FULL of dirty dishes a lot stacked that could have been placed in a soaking sink of water. Bathrooms needed cleaned/stocked. No unsweet regular tea available. Won’t be back at this location.
