Waiting for CEO to leave, then I'll be back
Service was ok. Food was not. Ordered the pot roast, and it tasted reheated.

All in all a nice dinner. Good food and my hubby was good company! Couldn't eat all so portions were also good size. I had the veggie plate. Everything was tasty!

The food just isn’t worth the cost. Service is sweet, but we never got our coffee. The food is genuinely just lack luster. It tastes better to eat at home. It didn’t seem fresh, it was way too oily, and the cheese burger we ordered was chucked so badly together it was missing ingredients and we ended up needing another plate with ingredients on it. I sent back my plate as it just wasn’t good. - and for nearly $20 for my meal alone.
We were also served one cornbread muffin each for the three of us in a mostly empty basket, it was tacky and felt cheap.

The food was decent, the service was decent, the wait was verryyyyyyyy bad and a lot of people around us who came way after us got their food first even though there were only a couple of us dining and all we had ordered for the whole table was an order of pancakes, some chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Even as most the restaurant was empty we were still looking around for our food. I’m talking over an hour after we were seated. And the food was pretty cold so I’m thinking it was sitting there for quite some time. Hopefully just a fluke. I don’t like to complain but I couldn’t lie and leave a good review on this experience because it really was pretty bad.

I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant, so I wanted to share some constructive feedback about my recent visit to this location. I ordered the bacon and egg hashbrown casserole, which is one of my favorites, but it was missing the diced tomatoes. Unfortunately, it took a while to get the server’s attention, and by the time I spoke with her, my husband was finished with his meal.
The server did bring me chopped tomatoes afterward, but it wasn’t quite the same as how the dish is normally prepared. At that point, I just took it home to fix myself. It was disappointing since this is usually a meal I look forward to.
I hope this was just a one-time issue. With a little more attentiveness to orders and timely service, I know this location could provide the same great experience I’ve had elsewhere.

This location is having an identity crisis!!! The staff is far from friendly. They seem to be bothered by guest and overworked. The food has zero flavor.

Used to be really good every single time. Lately I have been really disappointed. The Mac and cheese they brought out was old and you can tell they added water. It was so bad we had to send it back and we never send our food back. Even the waitress was shocked at what was brought out. The country gravy was also very watery and gross. It will probably be quite a while before we go back.
Mandela effect has hit the menu
