Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

It’s 8:30 and went to get some food and ended two hours early for inside and ended a hour early for the drive through? I understand it ending about 5 to 10 minutes early, but a hour is unacceptable. On the sign on the front door it says 7:30 to 9 PM to “better serve you” more like not at all!

Employees should never touch people’s phones for the rewards system to work. The guy at the drive thru grabbed my phone, closed the window, walked to a completely different room out of my sight, then was in no hurry to give my phone back to me. I was not handing it to him. I was displaying a barcode to be scanned. No one needs free ice cream that bad. Don’t kidnap my phone.

My boyfriend and I ordered two blizzards for pick up and I have to say it was the best one I’ve ever had! Our cashier was so kind and friendly too. Great experience.

Weekly stop for us - my fave is their salad with chicken and ranch dressing. It is a really big salad for the price!

I had some of the garlic Parmesan chicken strips today along with some onion rings. These things were absolutely awesome! I mean, fresh and as hot as you could get. I’ve only eaten food from Dairy Queen just a few times in past years, but normally I get the ice cream. But I was surprised how good the food was. Absolutely excellent.

The whole staff was amazing! We got our order fast and it was so good! The employees were cleaning the lobby and everything looked so sparkly and clean! They all did a great job and deserve a raise!

They always close before they're closing time places ridiculous

I understand forgetting things happens and it’s not always the persons fault , but the service i received when coming back to tell what was wrong is absolutely unacceptable. Completely forgot 2 sides, cheese for pretzels, or no napkins . When i came to ask for what I was missing i received numerous eye rolls and took over 5 minutes to receive 1 thing of cheese sauce. The fries were ice cold , completely unenjoyable. I will definitely NOT be coming back.
