Usually i have a good experience here. But today i ordered an iced latte and must have accidentally activated a coupon for iced coffee so they tried to give me the coffee and when i said that was the wrong order, the gentleman gave me the iced latte so i put it in the cup holder as i waited for my sandwich when another coworker told him he had to take it back because my coupon was for iced coffee. They literally made me give them the latte back that i already had in my car! Gross. Then i said multiple times i would just pay the $2 difference for what i wanted as i did not mean to activate any coupons for coffee and they would not let me. I called and the “asst manager” gave me a credit stating she didn’t realize i was trying to pay the difference but i didn’t go back. They were incredibly rude and so dramatic over $2 it was unbelievable and im still appalled they took my drink back when it was already in the cup holder in my car, isn’t that a health code violation?

Hands down the best Dunkin around!! The manager that is there every morning on my way to work is amazing. She is so nice and she is running around like crazy! She sees tons of people a day but she knows me as soon as I walk over to the counter. Excellent place!! And my food/drink is always correct 👏🏼

Drive thru is too slow, they need to come up with a better option for in app or online orders. Their business is booming, they are always busy. Maybe carve out more parking lot for the app orders??!
