I usually get pretty good donuts, but i ordered a small chai today as well and this is how i received it. It’s already small and they didnt even fill it but just above the halfway point…. What the heck am i paying for? Foam and leftover tea?

Usually i have a good experience here. But today i ordered an iced latte and must have accidentally activated a coupon for iced coffee so they tried to give me the coffee and when i said that was the wrong order, the gentleman gave me the iced latte so i put it in the cup holder as i waited for my sandwich when another coworker told him he had to take it back because my coupon was for iced coffee. They literally made me give them the latte back that i already had in my car! Gross....

Hands down the best Dunkin around!! The manager that is there every morning on my way to work is amazing. She is so nice and she is running around like crazy! She sees tons of people a day but she knows me as soon as I walk over to the counter. Excellent place!! And my food/drink is always correct 👏🏼
