Don't waste your money.
Just ordered food and ....none of that sandwiches have cheese for some reason lol and they are missing key ingredients. Maybe stop hiring teens to work? Definitely filing for a refund. Slathered mayo all over two of the sandwiches instead of the sauce that was supposed to be on it. One didn't even have half the ingredients like onion , peppers, or cheese .will never be coming back.

Update. Filed for review and was denied a refund. Like I said your better off not wasting your money especially if they can just mess up your food completely and then choose not to issue a refund.thats just bad business .

After the location switched owners, not a single visit have they made my food correctly. Every single time they mess something up and have to remake my food. It is not that difficult to pay attention to the food you are making for your customers.

I ordered two meatball marinaras at this location and one of them was so burnt I could hardly eat it, first time coming to this location, the mac and cheese I ordered was all I was able to manage to eat, maybe it was an off day that day but I don't think people wanna eat a charcoaled sandwich.

I’ve been to this particular location a few times in Harrison and the manager is extremely friendly, the food is always excellent, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and hard-working!

Great experience. The cashier Griffin was nice and polite.

Easy to order, ready when I got there. The Italian sub was very good.

Always have good food and ready on time

There must be new mgmt since my last visit, which was about 2 to 3 years ago. I stopped going here after I received hair on my sandwich and the mgr didn't care and assumed it was mine. Since there seems to be a better staff now, I can see myself going more often.

Everytime I get Firehouse it's been made perfect everytime, and I get it at least once a week. The restaurant has made to go option actually worth it., they're always on time and the food is always fresh & delicious. I am in and out of the restaurant with one of the quickest pick up options in the area, in my opinion.

Visited this evening for dinner . Cayden not sure if I speller that right or not did a great job . The person training him or whoever the lady was was super rude and should practice her professionalism! Keep up the the good work cayden!!
