Firehouse Subs Harrison Ave.

There must be new mgmt since my last visit, which was about 2 to 3 years ago. I stopped going here after I received hair on my sandwich and the mgr didn't care and assumed it was mine. Since there seems to be a better staff now, I can see myself going more often.

Everytime I get Firehouse it's been made perfect everytime, and I get it at least once a week. The restaurant has made to go option actually worth it., they're always on time and the food is always fresh & delicious. I am in and out of the restaurant with one of the quickest pick up options in the area, in my opinion.

Visited this evening for dinner . Cayden not sure if I speller that right or not did a great job . The person training him or whoever the lady was was super rude and should practice her professionalism! Keep up the the good work cayden!!

Every sandwich I've had here has been delicious. The meats are flavorful and of a seemingly good quality. Everything is made fresh, but the service hasn't ever been quick for me.

We decided to see if they had gluten free bread, which they did. They were very kind and double checked with me if it was an allergy. I told them it was more of an intolerance and they said either way they will take care making the sandwich. Most gluten free bread is dry but not in the case of this bread. It paired really well with the sandwich meat I chose.
I will happily return and make this a usual place to stop for food from now on.

The Harrison Ave crew serves up delicious hot subs with a smile. My favorites are the pepperoni pizza meatball and smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket subs. Love their Coke freestyle machine too. Very spacious inside with many tables.

I ordered a large sub on wheat, didn't look at it, got home, and it was a medium sub on white. The past few times, I was there didn't get the pickle (I asked for). I guess I will look in the bag now!

Very disappointed. Sign says they are open until 9:00 but this Friday I showed up at 7:58 as they were closing up. The guy locked the door as I was walking toward it.

I can’t order online due to an allergy I have to call in to order my food but they never answer the phone so I just go to wild mikes instead they care about customer service and the food is better anyway…

By far the worst firehouse I’ve been to, what’s sad is the manager was even there watching an they still messed up..sandwitch wasn’t good forgot my soup then I come back in to get it they got it out the soup thing knowing it wasn’t done then just tosses it into microwave. The potatoes were not done at all, save your money an go to skyline I wish I did.

They let their plants dry up to death and when someone expressed concern the rude manager said " I don't care" also it took a very long time before they gave me my overpriced sub that didn't even taste all that great. The meat was stringy and the bread was crunchy. It was a waste of money.
