Burger was completely smashed and fries were put in the bag upside down. I have been going here almost everyday for the past 4 months with this sometimes happening but this is the last time I will be returning it’s not worth how much they charge to get your order purposely messed up.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a burger with specific toppings, and they completely botched it—missing half the ingredients and adding ones I didn’t want. The fries were soggy and cold, and the staff acted like they couldn’t care less about fixing their mistake. For the prices they charge, you’d expect basic competence. Never coming back to this disaster of a location.

Typical Five guys. Fed 3 adults a Jr cheeseburger, regular fries & regular drink for about $40. Food was good and a generous helping. Love the fries and they're always overflowing in the bag. They have a fountain where you can select from 100 drinks.

Every time I go to this location, the tables are dirty, the Coke machine is flat or low on syrup, and often even my order is wrong. For an expensive burger and fry place, it’s sad that this is the consistent environment. I love Frive Guys, and I love their food— but not this location.
Also, I’ve talked the the manager before after another error in my order, and he was willing to make it right— the same day he called. I couldn’t go there the same day, so it didn’t really get resolved.
