Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food was overall really good, fast service, my only complaint was the drive thru lady did not smell pleasant.. She was nice I just could not stand that smell, it was like a poop type scent. I’m really not sure if it really matters to the higher ups but it was disgusting. Another thing I heard was the blonde girl with glasses was saying very rude things about others while I was paying. Not a very friendly place but at least I got my food fast and hot.

The drive-through person lady was very rude. She had blonde hair with glasses and She didn’t tell me she was short on pennies before I gave her my money so I never got my change back. I get places are short on pennies, but she should’ve said that first because I could’ve gave her a different form of payment.

I would give zero stars if possible. This location is terrible. They always have some sort of service issue. Or they’re always out of stock of items. The most recent time, I ordered a concrete. I was told they didn’t have any spoons. They asked if I would like a shake instead. I said no thank you & drove away.

I had the grilled cheese steakburger 10/10 it was fresh and delicious. The fries were also good (very thin fries). Must try the Freddy's smokey fry sauce!! Delicious. Cashier was friendly.

Kimberly was amazing, I came through the drive through earlier today and had a very big order. She made ordering very easy and delightful, she understood everything quickly and made sure I had my Freddy’s sauce. She made our kids laugh and we loved talking with her. I saw she was wearing a mangers shirt and I can see why, this is our new Freddy’s for the family.

Kimberly, Alex, and Allison were all amazing! The service was great and the food was made correctly! I’m not sure what happened to the management in the past few months but I am heavily pleased with the service recently. Will definitely be coming back 😃
