We stopped in on a Saturday around 4. We were seated at the bar, given drink menus as well as dinner menu. Cocktails were well priced and so very good. We ordered the Goat Cheese as a starter, and I could live off that the rest of my life. If I ever have to choose a last meal, Hands down, it will be the goat cheese from Heist. My wife and I enjoyed Heist. We had the 5oz filet and taco flight. The steak was prepared perfectly. The tacos are the small street taco size. Our server Taylor did a wonderful job pacing our drinks and food, then allowing us time at the end of the meal to enjoy our company. The only negative was the Cosmo cocktail we ordered. Awful! The food is always good, the atmosphere is cool, but the service from Katelyn and Katia behind the bar is amazing! They know my usual drink and help my wife find one to her taste. H&C has become our date night Go-To!
