The staff at this location is unbelievable. My daughter ordered a sub she did not like. I went up to get her another sub and pay for a new one. Staff were all smiling apologized numerous times, made a new one, and would not allow me to pay. This was unexpected. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were extremely professional. Top notch

The only thing the staff was confused on was our orders as it was 2 sandwiches but one was for now and one was to go so I asked for both to go but took one to eat and confused them... Because while we paid together we eat them separately. So assume we want them Bagged separate...

I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak via the mobile app at approximately 11:45 AM on 10/5/25 with a pickup time of 11:58 AM. As I was walking out the door with my two children, my son tripped and hit his head on the corner of the refrigerator. He immediately had a welt the size of a golf ball on his forehead and fortunately did not cut himself. After I calmed him down and made sure he was okay, I remembered the sandwich. I called the store about 15 minutes after my pickup time, explained the situation, and asked if they could my food in the refrigerator until I could eventually make it there. The GM immediately asked if my son was alright and said whenever I could make it to the store, he would make me a fresh sandwich. When I arrived around 1 PM, he immediately asked about my son and made me a new sandwich. He even gave me a complimentary drink while I waited. This customer service went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized. I've always loved Jersey Mike's, but this solidified me as a loyal customer for life.

The unisex bathroom don't work for me and I'm sure many women would object too. I went to use the toilet, but the seat was splattered with urine as well as the floor. I informed the staff of the problem.
