We came in on Christmas Eve 20 minutes before closing and they were down to just some white meat. We ordered some food and went to sit down and eat our food, and this angry guy came out and told us they were closing because they were out of food. He wouldn't even let us sit and eat our food. It was 15 minutes until closing time. We had to eat in our car. And we didn't get silverware to eat our food. The bathrooms were disgusting as well. I don't normally complain, but this was ridiculous!

Wife went thru the drive-thru ordered 2 4 piece all white meals. Chicken was cold and cashier was rude. We did not get all white chicken; it was a regular meal with no breasts only backs. never ever again...I wanted to go to this store but and complain...workforce today is pitiful...especially at Harrison KFC.

Arrived at 4:20pm on a rainy Sunday. No one was waiting in the dining room and there was only one car in dt. I waited 15 minutes for a pre placed order. While waiting I heard employees say ordering was on hold because they had to wait for chicken to get done. A fast food restaurant whose name literally has the word chicken in it whose main dish is chicken can’t figure out how to have chicken available? By the time I got the order I was here to pick up. There were three other groups of two as well as another delivery driver picking up and none of them were even acknowledged until after they were sitting there for over 10 minutes when I finally got my order it was over 10 minutes late for delivery and the other delivery drivers order at that time was five minutes late. Also, the store smell horribly, thankful this was a delivery order because I wouldn’t want to eat anything from a place that smells like that.

Had the 3 pc meal...was good...but 10.82...kinda high...and when I gave the guy 20.85...he couldn't figure out my change..I had to tell him 10.03 ...but chicken was good...slaw and biscuit...

The cashier was very pushy. We were clearly standing far back from the register looking at the menu but she kept trying to rush us when there wasn't even anyone else waiting to order. This repeated for every customer that came through after us too! The food was great though...cheese curds all day!!!

The employees were not attending the counter and didn’t give us any condiments for our kids meals with French fries. When I finally was given ketchup for the fries, it was nasty with gunk all over it.

The best KFC meal I have had in a long time. The food I had for carry out today picked up @ 5 pm on 6/30 was perfect!! Could not have asked for better! I applaud the crew. Keep up the good work.
