If I could leave no stars, I would. We stopped here after visiting Metamora. I had to change my child’s diaper. They had no changing table in the restroom. They also closed the doors on us at 730 when the place is supposed to be open until 10. We didn’t even get meal.

You can’t find the price online unless you complete an order. 40.00 for a 12 piece meal is ridiculous. When 8 piece meal is 20. So you’re paying 20 for 4 pieces of chicken, 2 biscuits and a very small portion of macaroni and cheese.

We ordered 2 3 piece chicken tender meals and when we got the chicken dinner the Chicken was a very small portion like it was a kids meal. We will never go back there agion wasn't worth 28 dollars. The one in Harrison ohio .

This has got to be the worst excuse for a restaurant I’ve ever been to. There was a 30 minute wait for bone in chicken. So, I had to settle for tenders because who’s going to wait 30 minutes for “fast food?” I got a 4 piece tender combo with fries, barbecue sauce and a water. When I received my food, it was cold and soggy. The “tenders” should be classified as nuggets because all 4 of them were bite sized. The fries didn’t even fill half of the fry container and were cold and soggy as well. I also didn’t end up getting a water, I was instead given a Pepsi and there was no sauce with my meal. The food was so disgusting and I was so disappointed with the entire experience that I didn’t even finish the meal. Every part of my meal was messed up, you have to be extremely ill-intelligent to do this poorly.

We went to the KFC app and ordered a 47$ 16pc family meal and I had called them to make sure they received my order and the lady said that she had no received my order after it had already been confirmed in the app for this location and proceeded to tell me that I could not get my food and they couldn’t upfront give me my refund but instead have to go through all corporate kfc to even be able to receive a refund easy to say this kfc sucks. DO NOT waste ur money at this location
I just got KFC famous chicken bowl. The chicken was cube and got like 4 pieces that didn't taste like chicken and it wasn't crispy like it used to be..just awful.. never again

I tried to order a large mash potato and gravy with a meal and was practically yelled at through the microphone that they can’t do that. So I ordered something else. Then when I ordered a burger meal (combo KFC/A&W) I received it with so much mustard it was oozing everywhere. I really felt like they did that on purpose.
