Ordered crazy puffs Buffalo ranch and a deep dish pizza online. Waited because it stated my order wasn't ready finally called an was told my pizza was sitting there but they were out of the puffs and sauce so they didn't marked the order as ready. Then was told they couldn't refund or exchange for something similar and to call the number of the receipt...the store phn#. Horrible service thank God I went in instead of waiting for the order is ready notification they would have closed and said I didn't show. Will NEVER order here again. Hire some real adults or just close.

2 employees working here, and they were friendly and made our pizza right away. For just 2 workers, they are doing an amazing job at keeping the doors open and the pizza fresh.

Is this normal? Staff was ok, but overworked it seems. Picture below of stuffed crust pizza. More like mushy, sopping grease. My son had a few pieces. I refuse to eat that mess. I know it’s bargain pizza but do better. The box could barley hold all the fluid!
worst managed/owned franchise I have seen. They lock the doors and ignore customers during hours they state they are open. Local facebook page praises the guy left to work alone (as do i), how the owner allows this is beyond me.

This place has the absolute worst customer service i’ve iv ever seen. We put in an online order earlier today already payed for around 2:00pm and went to go pick it up and the doors were locked so we tried calling the store cause we were very confused and we got no answer so we got aggravated and ended up going to papa johns instead so we get home and try calling corporate so we can get a refund and we were left on hold until 5:00 pm when they closed the line how convenient for them huh. Overall worst experience iv had with a company just say you don’t care about your customers absolutely pathetic will never be coming back.
