HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SIERRA!! To make a long story short I ordered delivery from the dent location at 9:20 p.m. with them closing at 10:00 p.m. And they called me to tell me to either pick it up or it had to be canceled. So I called Harrison to see if they delivered to my house because I'm a single mom who was working late and my kids were home waiting for dinner. But unfortunately Harrison location doesn't deliver to me so she said he could push it through to DoorDash. So I called back and he told me he couldn't do it mind you he's the shift lead but his driver could when he got back. I asked why his driver couldn't deliver the pizza and he said he stops taking deliveries at 9:30. But Sierra cared enough to call and ask the shift leader why he wasn't following protocol on multiple things and ultimately walked him through how to push it through to DoorDash and my kids got their food. So again thank you so much!! Truly.

Food was fine, they messed up my order and I tried calling to no avail. It just kept ringing with no response, so I put in a complaint to corporate to try and get a partial refund for the extra ingredients I paid for but did not receive. No response. Much better pizza options in this area anyway, but pretty terrible customer service.

Placed an online order, food was correct (med pep and a cheesy bread) but the sauces were wrong, wanted a garlic butter and their jalapeno ranch but I was given a ranch and pizza sauce. Truly saddening

Go ahead and go there especially if you want to have an Ego power trip manager serve you and argue with you over a fountain drink this location used to be good when it opened now it's just plain and simply horrible because of the old lady that is the manager dose nothing but argue with customers and is always rude and never nice I haven't been here in a year because of here when will you fire her
This was our first Marcos pizza. Our regular choice for pizza was in capacitated so i suggested marcos to my wife. I had heard from co worker's and a few friends that marcos offered some great pizza. We ordered what we usually get elsewhere, med pizza, peperoni, bacon,and extra cheese. So what we got was a lot of dough, way too much seasoning that consisted mainly of garlic powder, about 10 pieces of pepperoni, some form of bacon that i have never seen before, and yes ! A whole teaspoon of pizza sauce. Oh yes we did order extra cheese , i dont ever want to find out what regular cheese is like. I think that the price of cheese went up along with the price of pizza sauce. The pizza dough was covered a little better than half by the toppings . I will never be able to talk my wife into trying another marcos pizza. Due to the garlic content of the seasoning ,the most that we could eat was 2 pieces each. Looks like an 11 o'clock ham sandwich wil be happening tonight. I really don't understand, pizza toppings aren't made of gold. One could cover the entire pizza with them and it would still be profitable. I dont expect a pizza covered in toppings ,just a fair application. Im done now. Good luck Marcos, your success wont be due to my repeat business.

the worst i will never buy again that pity pizza. The small one is very expensive. They give you only the crust almost they are so small that is the worst of the worst i have ever seen. I am very displeased. If i could give 0 stars i would do it. I feel like i didn’t eat anything and it was burn too. My husband doesn’t want to complain about it. But i am doing it. He asked different ingredients and it was a big fat crust pizza with a little bit of what he asked. It stinks for me this pizza is over forever. I will never waste the money in it.
