Edit 1/31/2026: I still live nearby. It's been a months since I visited due to issues. Took 27 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich, no drink, nothing else. Still issues.
Previous review: I live around the corner. I go here a few times a month, and about 1/2 the time it's perfect, and the other time its not. I always order my food the same way, and find that when you ask for only catchup on a burger it either don't get ringed in right, or made wrong. To bad it isn't easier to check. And it always appear that the person at the window that give you your food is busy talking to someone else (most of the time not employee's) instead of getting me my food. I wonder if the managers know that people in street clothing are behind the counter. The other night the girl in the drive thru tried to hand her cell phone to me instead of my food.

Just because they changed ownership and the shirts doesn't mean they're any better.Their food sucks..management rude to their employers. They need to close it down and bring a real restaurant to the Harrison. Area.

Waited in drive thru for 10-15 minutes at 5:30am. There was only one other car and we had placed a mobile order which wasn’t ready either. Left part of the order because we had to catch a flight and didn’t anticipate waiting that long

The person that took our order was very rude. I get it you’re busy, but there’s no reason to be disrespectful. My food was sloppy. The cheese wasn’t melted. I’m not the type of person to complain, but how I was treated in the drive-through was not right.

This McDonalds is an absolute joke. Anytime that my family went to eat at the Harrison location we had horrible service. Our food was always cold, took WAY to long to get to us. 5-10 minutes if busy okay. Makes sense. However, we have gone to eat there when there was no line in the drive thru and they weren't busy inside and our food still took forever, came out cold and our orders are never right. We door dash too and recently everything has been 10+ minutes longer than the time doordash told us their food would be ready.
I went to the Bright location tonight and the service and food were perfect. Had no issues and they were packed!

Just lost 20 minutes of my 30 mi ite lunch break in their line with only 5 cars ahead.
Its McDonald's you all know what to expect. This is being updated because this location steadily gets worse in customer service. This last trip was 35 minutes for 6 piece Nugget, medium fry with a coffee. After waiting those 45 minutes, they tell me there is no coffee. It must run a cycle, not sure what that means.

they make me wait at the second window for 20+ min every time for value menu stuff. last time I was completely forgotten and never got my food. I couldn't pull around and come in because I had a sleeping toddler in the back and just decided it was smartest for me to leave before I caused a scene...as I pulled away I watch the manger come to the window nothing in hand a shrug at me... Absolute joke of an establishment

At a McDonald's along I-74 I got a quarter pounder was drowning in ketchup. Pickles were sliding off because of it. Took forever in the drive up line. No Got a cheese and sausage mcgriddle earlier at the McDonald's just south of I-74 in Shelbyville Indiana that had chunks of bacon in it.
