Early AM crew is fantastic. Just one simple piece of feedback. In the lobby, whomever is running register, GET THE DRINKS. I'm at the point now where after having my money taken for my 2 large diet coke, I just ask if they can go get them. There is zero reason the person running cashier should just stand there after taking an order. I'm sure it's something to do with cross contamination but it's just a drink

i LOVED this mcdonald’s they did put laxitives in my big mac BUT they didn’t make me poop so 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a colonoscopy!

First time I’ve ever been here and I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes on a mobile order I placed 15 minutes before getting to the location and ended up being late for work because of it. I’ll never be back at this McDonald’s.

The food is better than the McDonald's closer to my house, so any McDonald's orders will be from here from now on.
We come here occasionally after taking the kids to school to grab a quick breakfast before heading to work and while Ik it’s McDonalds and standards are rock bottom this location has a nastiest group of older women working there. From their order taker, first window, and second window they’re ALWAYS in nasty moods no matter how nice and easy we try to make our orders. The food is okay and usually right but customer service is bottom of the barrel atleast with them. They really probably need to just retire if they hate their lives that much.

Went with my fiancé to McDonald’s (to add my fiancé also works at McDonald’s) If you want any special requests to your coffee, do not go here because they haven’t properly trained their staff how to handle these requests. While I do not agree with my fiancé going in the building and throwing their ketchup, I wasn’t even with him when he did this and my actions aren’t related to his own and I have already talked to him about what he did was wrong. The fact that they can’t teach their staff what mocha sauce is or “chocolate syrup” is unacceptable and to make one coffee the right way and the other incorrectly even after an explanation. Can’t properly handle a situation that was completely avoidable if we knew what mocha sauce is. Their manager, “Josh” doesn’t know how to handle such situations by cussing and threatening a trespass when I didn’t do anything. My actions have nothing to do with my fiancés, horribly handled! $5 wasted and for you Josh, I will gladly go to a McDonald’s that DOES know what they’re doing! Thanks!

It shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to make two simple caramel iced coffees extra caramel add mocha sauce or “chocolate syrup”
