O Charley s needs to upgrade their salads. Hardly anyone serves atrictly iceberg lettuce in a salad anymore. I would never order a salad here again. The prime rib was delicious!

This restaurant was great! Everything from the food, drinks, service and atmosphere! My steak was perfectly cooked just the way I ordered it. Margarita was top notch! Our server was attentive and did a great job taking care of our party of 7. The only issue we had was that it was quite warm in the dining room during our visit. I don’t know if that is the normal here or if it was just because it was a hot day and they were busy. I personally prefer it to be cooler but that did not affect my rating.

I got the family pack of chicken tenders yesterday with mashed potatoes and green beans- it was so hot! And of course a bag of rolls. amazing price as well. The service was good too! (Carry out)

Claire was a great server. Did all the necessary steps of service. Friendly, smiling and cordial. Half slab of ribs w baked potato and salad. Ribs were tender and falling off bone. My order of meatloaf, mac/cheese and green beans was barely warm, meatloaf on the cool side. Sat for a few minutes to grab her attention; as she was sat w a large party. She removed food and put in the same order for me. Manager stopped by and apologized and brought my food out when it was ready. He told us that they took my meal off the tab. Could tell the mac/ cheese and beans were microwaved; not a big deal; although the mac/ cheese was tasteless and dry; as it doesnt reheat well in a microwave. Needed more cheese sauce. Meatloaf was warm but not hot. Both manager and Claire did well in making a bad situation right.

I ordered a rib tender platter, $75 platter and recieved half the number of ribs and chicken. Plus I ordered a California chicken salad that didn't have chicken. Lastly, for a $123 to go order, they gave me four rolls. The Harrison OCHARLEYS has gone down in service and quality, now for a while. Be sure you check your order before you leave, because the manager there is not checking the orders. We'll see if my credit card gets credited back some of the bill as the manager said, but I feel doubtful and really has messed up my meal plans for people coming in from out of town tonight. Extremely frustrating.

Service was very good. Wanted to try the "return of" the Prime Rib BUT could not believe the price - at $29, we opted out. Wish they had smaller portions of Prime and a lesser price. We had the Ribs instead - was very good.
