I ordered a rib tender platter, $75 platter and recieved half the number of ribs and chicken. Plus I ordered a California chicken salad that didn't have chicken. Lastly, for a $123 to go order, they gave me four rolls. The Harrison OCHARLEYS has gone down in service and quality, now for a while. Be sure you check your order before you leave, because the manager there is not checking the orders. We'll see if my credit card gets credited back some of the bill as the manager said, but I feel doubtful and really has messed up my meal plans for people coming in from out of town tonight. Extremely frustrating.

Service was very good. Wanted to try the "return of" the Prime Rib BUT could not believe the price - at $29, we opted out. Wish they had smaller portions of Prime and a lesser price. We had the Ribs instead - was very good.

Went out to dinner with my son Jimmy and we had a good time at Ocharleys in Harrison. I had not eaten there since 2016 and Jimmy had never eaten there so it was a win win. So happy this place has not changed over the years. Food was yummy as usual and the service was excellent. We left full and satisfied and planning to come back again soon.
Vegetarian options: I got the ultimate combo appetizer as my entree and almost ate it all and Jimmy had chicken tenders and fries
111824 got the prime rib. It was a generous 12 oz portion & very good. Our server, Abby, did a super job, thank you. Have not been to this location in over 5 years. Will have to get back to it much sooner.

We stopped in for a late dinner after an indoor soccer game. The atmosphere was great with a lot of TVs on playing the football games that were currently on at the time. Though the food was good the service was subpar. Not sure if it was due to it being a Sunday night or if service is always slow at this location.

It was Nov 11 Veterans Day. $10 meal plus drink & tip. Service was perfect, and a little girl presented me with a star from a retired flag, and a drawing & to note. Meant the world to me. The food was great,too.
I ordered a surf and turf and got chicken instead of steak and a couple shrimp and some terrible soggy fish, and then if this wasn't bad enough they never brought us a roll until we were ready to go i didnt eat my fish nor the chicken, extremely disheartening

Ordered while out of town & got pancakes for rolls. The boxes look like a cat got ahold of them while waiting for pick up & the mozzarella triangles had no mozzarella. Makes sense why I bunch closed in Ohio. This one should prob be next.

Came for the chicken tender special, I didn't realize it was carryout only, the mgr was very nice and made an exception (I believe it was because it wasn't that busy) my grandson loved the tenders as I did. We will definitely be back!
