Scheduled 4 pizzas for pick up at 6pm. Arrived at 5:58pm, was told they were still in the prep line and it would be 15 minutes. Took the worker at their word. In actuality, they hadn't been prepped, they were handed to me at 6:28pm with a smile but made me late for the meeting they were for. If it was for me to take home, it wouldn't have been that big of a deal I can be patient. But for the fact that I needed them to be picked up at 6:00pm and weren't ready until 6:28pm, I would not order again. Timed orders should be prioritized.

DO NOT ORDER from this Papa John’s location.�I placed a large order online several days in advance for a party. Everything went through on my end — I received confirmation emails and my total was clearly stated as $157.49. Two days before the event, I got a notice that the payment was still “pending” on their end, so I called to resolve it. I was told everything would be fine. Fast forward to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, I receive a call from an employee named Jessica, saying my card wasn’t going through and they needed a new one over the phone. She claimed she could void the original transaction and reprocess the order — but suddenly, the total jumped to $262 and change. When I asked why the total had changed so drastically, she offered no real explanation. I drove to the store in person and showed multiple emails confirming my original total and order. Jessica flat-out refused to honor the online pricing and discounts I had received, and rudely pushed a new receipt toward me with the inflated price. Her exact words were: “You need to either pay this, or no pizza.” I refused to be scammed or bullied, and told her I wouldn’t pay the incorrect amount. As I walked out, she called me a “b**”** loud enough for me (and others) to hear. No apology. No accountability. Just absolute disrespect and unprofessionalism. I’m shocked Papa John’s would allow someone like this to represent their brand. I’ve already submitted a complaint to corporate, and I strongly encourage others to AVOID this location at all costs. HORRIBLE!! Please do not go to this Papa John’s is the worst one I’ve ever gone to in my lifetime. My first experience, I was waiting 10 minutes at the front desk for my pizza that had been done and everyone was ignoring me and not even helping me. I decided to walk out and not even get my pizza until the delivery driver had pulled up and I asked him what is going on with the business Inside. No one wants to help me at the front desk. The delivery driver went in and got my pizza and gave it to me while the young kid had AirPods in his ears and continued the box up pizzas. I reported the incident and never heard anything about it from management. Also the pizza was half cooked and doughy 😡🤦🏻‍♂️

the store in 1599 mineral spring in providence ri has the worst employee ever. Her name is Mackenzie Pollard and she thinks she's the best also she flirt with the other employees and customers. What a shame having people like that working in place like this. Plus the pizza is awful

I live in Harrison less than 10 minutes away from the location. I’ve seen the cars for delivery delivered past where I live but they won’t deliver to me because I am on the Indiana side of Harrison. I literally live in Harrison. Fix this issue. It’s not fair at all. All the other pizza places deliver here no problem. Why is Papa John’s excluding people on the Indiana side just because it’s on the Indiana side? Makes no sense whatsoever!
