I used to be a regular at this Penn Station, frequently stopping by for a quick lunch. However, my visits have taken a significant nosedive recently due to a rather disruptive issue that seems to mar the experience. Unfortunately, the location I once enjoyed has become a frustrating place to grab a bite.

On several occasions, I've found myself waiting to place my order or check out, only to be met with the disheartening sight of a team member on the phone, engaged in a heated argument. The individual in question is a taller gentleman with a slim build and noticeable tattoos. It's quite apparent that this behavior is not only unprofessional but also goes against the generally friendly atmosphere that other staff members strive to maintain. I've noticed that several of the other employees seem equally disheartened by this situation—an indicator that it’s not just an isolated incident but rather a persistent issue.

While the rest of the staff is pleasant and hardworking, that one disruptive team member creates an uncomfortable and often hostile environment. Busy lunch hours have turned into an unwanted spectacle of one-sided drama, which is the last thing anyone wants while trying to enjoy a meal. It’s a shame, too, because I genuinely appreciate the food and the rest of the crew's efforts.

If this issue isn't addressed soon, it might be time for a long-term hiatus from this location. There are plenty of other dining options that offer a more pleasant experience without the unnecessary drama. I truly hope to see some positive changes here—both for the sake of the other employees, who deserve a better workplace, and for patrons like myself who simply want to enjoy their lunch in peace. Until then, I’ll be exploring alternatives.

Great experiences Everytime I have been. I believe the employees name was Stanley but I could be wrong. Very nice gentleman and was great with service.

This location offers the same wonderful tasting food as others in the chain, but this one actually manages not to put cheese on my Philly steak when I order it "no cheese." My hats off to the staff here for getting it right the first time, everything (or very close to it).

Employees were on point. Friendly, fun, kind and quick to help out. Just found out they give a military ?️ discount, so vets go get some. Really like the Philly cheese steak loaded, and Mayo and pizza ? sauce.

When I go to Harrison Ohio.i always stop for food.NEVER had a bad sub . Awesome lemonade.workers always friendly and welcoming! NO matter how busy they are.i tell a lot of people to go there when they are in town.awesome job Penn Station Workers.you Rock.

No more orders after 8:30pm, but they don't close until 10pm.

Always delicious, Always on time, very clean restaurant with very nice employees!

Parking: The lot is shared with a few businesses but is typically easy to fine a spot to park in.

Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome, with high chairs and coloring mats I believe available for them.
