This is the best location I have been to in years, so glad we stopped here and we definitely will be back again. Excellent food quality and terrific customer service. Our sandwiches were perfectly made, just the right amount of ingredients, evenly distributed, right level of toast to the bread, nothing charred. Fries made just right. Thank you!

On 01/19/2026 I called in an order. When I arrived I proceeded to the register and paid. I waited and waited and waited. There was maybe 3-4 orders in front of me. I waited some more. NUMEROUS PEOPLE came and went, still no order. The place pretty much emptied out and I asked where my food was. It had been sitting on the counter near the register for who knows how long. They apologized and and handed me someone else's order. They took it back and found mine. NO FRIES. They started to make them at that time, I told them to forget the fries because I was frustrated enough I just wanted to leave. The manager apologized and handled me a cookie, woo hoo. Not happy.

If you’ve never been to Penn Station in Harrison, let me tell you you’re missing out. Jay runs a very tight ship, and yes, this place gets busy, but don’t let that scare you off. The man is literally gifted by the sandwich gods. Every sandwich comes out perfect — fresh, flavorful, and stacked just right.
Part of what makes this place so great is his finely trained staff. They move like clockwork, keeping things smooth even during the busiest times, making sure every order comes out hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be.
I’ve tried a lot of sandwiches in Cincinnati, and I’ll say it straight: there’s no better sandwich in Harrison, Ohio. Whether you’re a fan of classic subs, juicy Philly-style options, or anything in between, this place delivers every time.
The energy in the restaurant is high, the service is on point, and you can tell Jay and his team care about quality ! they’re running the kind of place that makes you want to come back just to see how good a sandwich can be.
If you’re in the area, don’t walk run. Penn Station is proof that when talent meets consistency, you get something truly special.

My artichoke sub was excellent! The server Ben cooked it to my liking and remembered my previous order! The store was clean and staff was pleasant
There is no option for multi grain bread in the app. Only in store or phone.
Who is the idiot that chose this.
Otherwise great facility

Waited 40+ minutes when told it’d be a 10 minute wait, and was missing a sand-which at the end of it. Food was well made and the people were polite, just frustrating.
If your a fan of food poisoning and frequent bathroom trips this place is for you.
Bit of a wait but still warm and delicious
The service is incredibly slow told me it'd be ready in 15 minutes and it's been over 45 minutes and counting
Rude manager.
