Love skyline, but when you pay they want 20% min as easy tip pic, not even ocharlies or actual waiting on tables restaurants does that, now I will leave 10% at table till they fix. That's absurd for a min menu restaurant. Plus there prices skyrocketed when gas and everything else went down. Total greed by owners, time for gold star, they are not the only place in town.

This is consistently the worst Skyline I've been to. We live in Harrison, so we'd love to support our local location, but the service is always disappointing. It typically takes 10-15 minutes before anyone even takes our order, they usually forget something, and most of the staff seem to be on their phones or standing by the carryout window. The employees are generally unfriendly, and the hot dogs are often undercooked.
If you're willing to drive a little farther, the Montfort Heights location is great and provides a much better experience.
Update: my two year old got sick shortly after getting home due to the undercooked hot dogs. Very disappointing experience. I can't recommend spending your money at this location.

Very nice wait staff but very slow for no other customers. Very young flirting with each other instead of working. Waited for at least 15 mins for to go boxes and then I had to get them myself. No refills, didn't ask if we wanted to go drinks. Food was great as usual.

Went through Drive thru on Sunday 1/4. I ask for three way dry. I got horrible unfinished noodles, bag of cheese melted ( not in a separate bag) I asked for extra crackers, I received none. Not happy.

This place has gotten my order wrong so many times ( including today) that I've decided it was my last trip there. I will go to Ross from now on where the orders are filled correctly. Ross has never made a mistake filling my order.

I would NOT give any stars if that was an option. Management is awful, Chili is always dry, and Service is worse than anything else. This is the second worst skyline next to Cross County location. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SKYLINE!!!

This might be the worst Skyline. The past three times I've been to this location my food has been terrible. I can almost guarantee that between my $30 order I didn't even have a spoonful of chili combined. I literally paid $30 for basically cheese, bread, and noodles. If it were one time and I caught them on a bad night, that's understandable. Three times in a row is absurd. Chili is in your company name, why is it not on my food? Get it together Skyline.

Came in with a large order the other day, felt really bad because of the rush but the waitress Andrea took over and handle the order with ease! She has everyone their own bags and labelel them with that they had
Doesn’t have food available on the menu at dinner time as it’s still being made that left me stuck in the drive thru unable to leave after being told I can’t order.
Wouldn’t be such a big deal if they didn’t lock you into the drive thru unable to escape. If you are going to do this your food should be available.

We stopped in for lunch on our way back to Indianapolis. The restaurant was nice and clean. The food was delicous! Elaina, our server, was prompt, polite and very friendly. She checked on us often, gave extra crackers and offered to go drinks as we were leaving. We had a delicous and outstanding lunch today! We hope stop by on our next trip to Ohio
