Two employees, Jordyn and Tiffany were pointing and laughing at me and my girlfriend despite being by the produce, not even ordering anything. Very unprofessional, and when confronted they denied it completely. Keep personal vendettas out of the workplace like an adult! Sick of the staring, pointing, whispering and laughing.

Didn’t even order from this Starbucks, but when my partner and I went into Kroger, we walked by near the produce and saw workers Jordyn and Tiffany pointing and laughing at us. When we approached to confront them, Jordyn ran to the back and Tiffany denied the entire thing, threatening to bring the manager over, which I would’ve been more than happy to tell them about their behavior. Another worker, who I believe has the name Alyssa, often laughs in my face and gives rude looks when I go there with my mother. A bunch of ridiculous bullies who spend their time pointing and laughing instead of doing their job.

I'm not a frequent shopper at Starbucks lately my son & I wanted to go. Post Super Bowl promotion was going on where everyone gets a free coffee. My son & I needed to grocery shop and stopped in Starbucks located in Krogers. There was one employee she nearly had everything shut down an hour & fifteen minutes before closing. I asked if they were closed she replied that it depends on what I wanted that they typically start closing down around that time. I verified their closing time, and she agreed and said she could make the coffee up. She rudely stood over me, wanting me to hurry up while I was putting sugar & creamer. Asking me over and over if I'm done. Hopefully others have a better experience.

Go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. Dunkin has better flavor, bigger menu and more affordable.

They are ALWAYS out of bakery items. Every time I’ve been here since it opened they have been out of the items on the menu. Today they’re out of almond milk. Not once have I gone and been able to get what I wanted. Do not recommend!

Did my very first mobile order and everything went smooth as could be. The barista was a darling girl (and I wish I could remember her name) but she seemed genuinely happy to talk to me and even more pumped to hand my little their drink too. Very excited to finally have a drive through Starbucks!

We stopped in today and while waiting for our order a man was very rude to the staff and proceeded to walk towards the exit and throw his coffee on the floor. The staff handled the situation with class. We were thrilled with our service and our drinks!! Nice job Harrison Starbucks!!

Exceptional service and gorgeous location. Indoor and outdoor seating, peaceful ambience, and kind staff that take the extra step for their customers.Parking can be tricky due to the amount of shoppers, but there is plenty of room in the lot.
