We did a pick up order, one was a philly with extra cheese...literally no cheese, the only thing that makes the sandwich. Waste of time and money. And their apps sucks, cant even get $ back.

Since this store changed management, several of us in our house have had stomach issues after eating subway from the Harrison store. We haven't gone back for awhile, but placed an online order and they put cheese on my sub (which I am highly allergic to) and put lettuce on my daughter's Philly cheesesteak instead of green pepper. The order on the paper receipt was correct, but not what they gave us. Very very frustrating! I miss our old subway!

3/4 sandwiches were messed up they refused to remake them unless I came in. I did after pen dug her fingers into the sandwich she said she’s not tensing then cuz they were lightly toasted. I’ve never got a toasted sandwich and the meat still be cold! They refused to remake it and refunded my money. I will not be back. Toasted means warm not cold!
