Did not give me change because they said they didn’t have any. They should tell the customers beforehand that there is no change before they use cash to pay. I would have used a different form of payment. Wouldn’t do anything for me. Pretty much said screw you, there is nothing we can do. It doesn’t matter how much change it was. An establishment can’t just keep your money because you said so. It should have been known beforehand so the customer could have made the choice themselves. Workers were horrible at communicating and no one gave a crap.

Taco Bell has gotten much better in recent years! I got the soft tacos and the ingredients all seemed very fresh. They were as high quality as something I would make at home but with that distinct Taco Bell taste!

I want to make it clear that this review is not about the workers. I've worked fast food before. It's hard work and for little pay.

What happened earlier today is not because the workers did anything wrong. Management screwed up

It's unacceptable for customers to be put into situations where they cannot actually leave the drive through because of how the line has wrapped.

Worse yet, it creates a dangerous situation because you have to drive the wrong way to get out and back to work.

Earlier today (11:10 AM), I got in line, and things were moving unusually slowly. There were only a couple of cars ahead of me. This isn't normally a big deal. I'm normally in and out in a few minutes. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my food this time.

I commented to the person at the drive through that they should be pulling people up. I was told that they weren't allowed to do that.

I got my food finally, and I discovered that I couldn't get out because the line was completely wrapped around.

My chicken cantina bowl was just a cantina bowl. Must have been a shortage on chicken that day. It was good otherwise but I had had it before more than once and chicken was never an issue this definitely was missing I think I had one piece. Other than that it was quick and it seemed fresh.

If I could give zero stars I would. Easily the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We went inside to eat, we ended up waiting 15 minutes for our food and we were the only people inside the building. When we got our food, it was wrong, we were missing a taco, and the cheesy potatoes we had were as hard as a rock. I’m not typically one to complain but this was just absolutely ridiculous . Not only was the food gross but we spent $30 on it. Highly disappointed.

Went there tonight 07/07/25. 3 soft tacos chips and cheese and a chicken quesadilla. Hair in my first bite of taco. No chips. Went back for a full refund. We wanted cash back(debit) so we could eat somewhere else. Black guy behind the counter insulted our intelligence by saying card refunds are instant. So he got the manager . Manager comes up on his cell phone, ignoring us while he finishes his Facebook video before offering to remake our food. We did not want more hairy food. We did get our refund. Corporate calling due to insulting our intelligence and obviously mismanaged. No care there.

Sat in a Taco Bell waiting over 30 minutes for food. The guy making food was high out of his mind, and not to mention the dining room was covered with mud. Got my refund and left. Place is disgusting and service sucks
