This company consistently gets orders wrong in the last four years we have tried again and again to use this company and we don’t receive the orders we have placed or other people’s orders and it’s ridiculous. Stop spending money here.

The food is subpar it’s what you get for fast food. But the service here is abysmal. I understand that these are mostly younger adults and kids, but please can you at least be respectful to your customers. There’s a reason you see all these 1 star reviews. The food is mid at best for Taco Bell, I’ve had great food from them before, but never from here. Was super excited to come home from work and get something from there just to be completely unsatisfied. Barely any meat or other toppings and very unappealing look to the food. Please do better.

Crappiest food of my Life, NO EXAGGERATION!!!! So mad that I just paid $17 for a bag of trash. I tried to call and complain but there's no answer. Probably because everyone is getting served this crap tonight. My guess is there low on ingredients or they've just lost their minds. I go here multiple times a week. NEVER AGAIN. FURIOUS 😡
Go anywhere else during peak hrs, this location has been under staffed and poorly trained ever since it was put in. The staff tries their best but management clearly is lacking.

Managers need to be fired big time, especially Ashley. All she does is complain about customers and coworkers and stands there doing nothing and won't help customers who have a simple question. Writing a letter to corporate and all the other 1 stars I see which is a lot of them, I recommend the same so we can get way better service and better human beings that handle our food.
To preface this, I’m an ex employee, so i know what I’m talking about as far as prep times go. I just went through the drive thru and they said it was an HOUR wait for anything with beef. It only takes 30 minutes to prep the beef, so whats going on with the other 30 minutes?? If i had to guess considering who was in the window, the other 30 minutes are being spent degrading his employees through vulgar language and rude comments…
