Undercooked burger. Slow service. Unknowledgeable staff. Weirdly quiet, could have had the football game sound on. No more than 15 other ppl, so no real reason for the issues experienced this evening. Going to assume the positive reviews are from friends and family.
Edit: boss wanted me to email my experience so here it is for everyone: My husband and I visited on Thursday evening just before 9:00. No more than 15 other customers already there. We sat at the bar. No employees were up front anywhere. After a minute a guy came from the back with a menu, walked past without acknowledging us, told the lady by the register that you we out of noodles and to pick something else, still never welcoming us. Finally ask us what we want to drink, I order a Moscow mule and husband ordered a beer. Get the beer right away, employee then disappears in back. Solid 10 minutes comes back and says you don't have mint so I can't have a mule, red flag mule doesn't need mint, so I know this person isn't a bartender and change my drink to a tequila pineapple. After making my drink he just walks off, never offered a menu. So I had to grab the one they were using earlier for the other person and share it with my husband. The first employee plus another male employee walked past us multiple times while we looked over the menu, never asked us if we were ready to order. After being there for over 20 minutes, a female employee come out from the back. She asks if we would like to order anything. I order the mushrooms to start, but also put in our dinner order since it took so long to be helped in the first place. I get a triple cat burger and husband orders the mushroom burger. Football was on with no sound, but we watch anyway. After about 25 minutes the female comes out from the back and says there was a mess up and our ticket didn't print and so our food will be a bit longer. We say that's fine no biggie, husband Gets another beer. After 20+ more minutes they bring out our burger and our mushrooms. Why the hell didn't our mushrooms come out before our main course. No way did it take as long to cook a burger as it does to fry some shrooms. So stupid. But whatever finally get to eat. I cut my burger in half and take one bite, realized it was still pink in the middle, husband has taken 3 bites of his and I stop him to check his, more pink than mine. We stop eating, clearly annoyed. After about 10 minutes the second guy asks if we would like a box, we say no. He just walks off. The female comes back out and after a few minutes asks if everything is ok. We just ask for the check. Pay leave and go to the casino in Lawrenceburg and get food. You were never busy. There is no excuse for any of this. Luckily, I can just not come back and don't have to worry about wasting one of the only free night we had to spend together.

Overall terrible, and truly that makes me so sad to say. I love a small business and love to support small businesses. We arrived and immediately were greeted. As soon as we sat down, we placed our food and drink order. After we arrived and placed our order, several tables arrived. An hour in, we had only received our beer, while all the other tables had already received food and were done eating. We were asked several times by other servers if we needed refills. Finally, about an hour and a half in, our server checked on us and was “shocked” to see we didn’t have our food (which she would have known if she had checked on us at all or even looked our way rather than standing at the bar making racial jokes with another guest). She comes back and tries to say the kitchen is short-staffed and backed up, which isn’t true. At this point, we watched her put our order in the computer. ANOTHER server gets our check and gets our order to go again. Our server is still just chatting it up with her other customers. We’re two hours in at this point and still no food. When she brings it to us, she basically just tosses our bags on the table and walks away. If you forgot to put the order in, own that. Don’t try to blame other people. Unfortunately, this has turned me off, and I never want to return.

It was too loud for my taste. The appetizers were great. Our burgers ordered medium rare were medium to medium well .

Food was good but they have a happy hour menu with appetizers on it, but the happy hour price is the same as any other time of day. unless I'm misunderstanding what happy hour means, shouldn't they be discounted during happy hour if they're on the happy hour menu. Any other bar that I've been to that has a happy hour menu had a slight discount on those items during those times. Very odd.

Good was great but we had several servers and had to wait a long time for the bill because communication between them seemed to be lacking.

The service was top notch! Every server stopped by to make sure it was a great experience. Food was good, just not my preference in cope slaw flavor, and over cooled tater tots. The tea was terrific!!!

My crew and I are from out of town. Service was great, food was great. Gave us a very welcomed feeling.

Our family frequently goes to eat here. With the variety of their menu, I could eat there 7 days a week. Just had a meatloaf sandwich Monday which was great. Blackened Salmon is amazing. Ribs, wings, burgers. It's all delicious.

Great Bloody Mary and beer cheese and Cobb salad was the best. Great place to watch game.

Cold beer. Best hamburgers around. Great food options.
