Unfortunately, poor distribution of service despite the place being relatively not busy (our waitress was doing great, just could have used help when taking bulk orders for our massive party especially when bringing drinks out). The manager was incredibly rude to our party that had paid who knows how much to be there for 2 hours. Honestly, it really just comes down to the way the manager spoke to us when asking us to leave- when only 6 of us remained at one singular table after we had bussed the entirety of the three tables used total. Truly left a poor taste in my mouth. Do better.

We had a celebration at Valley House on 11/15. Our tables were reserved for a certain time which were a paid reservation as we had an event. In the beginning, were told we were taking up too many tables for the parties coming in (no parties came in for those tables for another 1.5 hours). During the event, our server (name unknown) was great. The drinks were prompt and the food orders were correct. A few guests sat their bags on a surrounding table and were prompted immediately to remove it as a party of 9 was coming in (a party of 9 never came in). Admittingly, We had confetti during our celebration, and towards the end - we bussed our tables, consolidating plates/cups/silverware into stacks and put all confetti that was on the table on a plate or in a cup leaving behind only what fell onto the ground. 25 minutes after our paid reservation was over, we were rudely approached because there was a large party coming in and we had to condense to one table - okay, fine. However, once she looked at the stacked cups and plates, she snarky wished that we enjoyed ourselves. The food, drinks, and service from our WAITRESS was great however the MANAGER made us feel completely unwelcome.

Was looking for a place with good wings. This place did not disappoint! They had a nice crisp! And even better flavor! Kid friendly. Has a nice covered back porch. Cheesy bread was delicious! Love the Mule. Service is always on point!

I’ve been 2x. First time was just after they opened Service was terrible and they were out of half the beer and food. I understood being a new place and what not. Tonight we walk in for a table of two. Not very crowded. Seated right away. 15 min of sitting with no one stopping by, I asked the hostess if we had a server. The hostess goes in back and 3 different waitressescame from the back and looked at us. 5 more minutes go by with no one coming out to ask for drinks. We left and told the hostess who could have cared less. I tried but gotta be better.

Typical bar food but was very good The place was very well laid out you can even eat outside
First time there. Waitress apologized twice for how long food was taking & we joked that we weren’t in a hurry. But after an hour we asked to cancel food and pay for drinks. Owner comes out and argues that it hasn’t been that long. Had he maybe smiled, introduced himself, and said hang tight and it’ll be right out we might have stayed; but he chose to argue with his customers.

We came there for the Bengals game and a beer or two and boy were we surprised with the amazing food and friendly service. We both had the chicken sandwich, which was totally amazing. The service was spot on and our waitress Kara never let us down or made us wait for anything. She was very attentive. I highly recommend this place. Do it !!

First time going, food was great and so was the service! We tried a pizza, salad, and a burger and they were all delicious. Family friendly atmosphere on a Tuesday night. Decor is nice, everything seemed clean. Excited to go back.
They have a kids menu now as well (I noticed other reviews said they didn't).
Only feedback I'd be able to provide in this moment would be to dim the lights a bit in the dining room once it gets dark (it was very bright), and add a smaller pizza to the kid's menu!
