Good food and quick service 4-⭐️, 5 years ago. Edit to update to 1/11/26 - my son and I decided to stop in for a quick bite. When we entered the restaurant, it was standing room only, as it looked like they just had a rush (counter and tables all still dirty). No big deal. My son was wanting to sit at the counter, and i can stand long term, so I moved the dirty dishes away and we sat down. We sat there a good 10 to 15 min and NO ONE acknowledged us. I waited and watched as all the tables were bussed, dishes being washed in front of me, others sitting down and ordering. We just say there surrounded by dirty dishes. A waitress even came by to check on the man beside us, but no peep our way. I FINALLY asked if we were supposed to sit at a table for service or what, and the worker told us that maybe the waitress thought we already ate beings we sat at a dirty space. I said that's no excuse that NO ONE acknowledged is AT ALL. She said something about this person has these 2 seats and that person has those 2 seats.... She really didn't seem to want to 1) remove and dirty dishes 2) acknowledged that we were even waiting for as long as we did or 3) at least hollar for someone to let then know we were there. Not sure if this was a new employee or what, but even the waitress for our seats never stopped by to clear the counter space. We just got up and left. My son was really looking forward to waffles. Not sure when we'll be back to this location.

I love waffle house :3 its always cozy and the food is good, plus the servers are very chill and kind. If you go very early you can even chat with them if its not too busy! Very good service, very kind workers!

Probably the worst service I've had at a restaurant in a long time, which is sad since there were 6 people working and only one pther table of guests in the restaurant. Our waitress took our order right away, but never came back to our table and no one else checked on us for us to get any sauce, refills, etc. The food that was dropped off by the cook was burnt. Usually have good experiences at Waffle House, but I'd never return to this one.

The cook was very entertaining and def made us smile but other than that service was absolutely horrible. The waitress brought three of us meals, but did not bring the fourth meal until I asked for it. Then I paid for my bill and the waitress shorted me on the change. 10/10 do not recommend this place!

This morning 4/22/2025 Renee's service was top class an helpful. Jacob had made the food to perfection an with quickness. Got to say I always enjoy Harrison, OH waffle house!
