Ordered through the drive-through. Both my cheeseburger and fries were cold. I would’ve returned to the store and requested fresh items. However, I just picked these up on the go. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

i went through their drive through, late at night, striving only for just three frosties and a large fry. what can i say a girl has to eat. when i went to order, i was interrupted after she said “can we take your order” I repeat…. she said, “CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER” i laughed because i thought it was funny, and quite frankly, dumbfounded how i could be so rudely interrupted. so when they came back i was still laughing. then the girl informed me “you’re out there laughing while i’m in here struggling”. shock ran through my system. silence except for the rain pittering and pattering on my windshield. sorry i’m a happy person? then when i pull up, paying with cash, i ask what my total was so i could give them the right amount of change, as one on a budget would thoughtfully do, the cashier slammed the drive thru window and said nothing to me. i’ve had exes treat me better than this (not really) and came back telling me my total *window slams again* I gave them cash, again said nothing, and then very rudely gave me my food. you could’ve bestowed a cheerful smile upon me during these happy holidays. i love wendys but what the heck man?

Love Wendy's one of the best fast food restaurants me and my kids go to Wendy's all the time because the $5 meal you cannot beat it junior bacon cheeseburger nuggets fries and a drink for 5 bucks it's a good meal. Always fresh food services always been fast the one in Harrison and in Lawrenceburg they have a great staff sodas Harrison and it's not fun working in food service I do it as a job but the people working at Wendy's have always been friendly fast and good service. The five-dollar bill by far is the best deal you can get at a fast food restaurant anywhere I challenge you on that

Pleasant! Went thru drive thru grab bite to eat long drive!! Gotta small chili & jr.bacon cheeseburger! Staff super friendly & food was fresh, hot, & right! Very fast as well! Highly reccthis Wendy's! Lot was clean , windows was clean & staff at windows clean! Great Place!

Stopped by Wendy’s for a grab and go on our way to Kings Island. Picked up a few Son of baconators, a drink and a fries. I haven’t been to Wendy’s in quite a long time. The sandwiches were good and it’s hard to beat there fries. Service was good going through the drive-thru, friendly and quick. I don’t do fast food that often and there was a little sticker shock, not a huge deal but when did fast food get to be as much as a sit down restaurant? Either way, it worked out in a pinch, food was hot and tasty and filled the gaps.

My son & I haven't ate at Wendy's in such a long time due to poor food service. ( not this location) We decided to try again and it was well worth it! Employees were very knowledgeable, helpful considerate. Food was fresh had no issues with a specialized cheese burger. Dining area very clean well kept. Even the restrooms were very clean and sanitary.
