We have ordered from the snack shack three times since we moved to Harrod six months ago. First time was ok. The second time we called in, the lady on the phone said 30 minutes. My husband shows up at the expected pickup time and when he walked in and told the woman he had a pickup order, she got up from the table she was sitting at and freaked out on my husband saying that she hadn’t even started it yet. So he had to wait another 30ish minutes for her to make it. And the last time I called in a pizza order, the man who answered the phone was so rude I could have came through the phone on him. He sounded so annoyed that he actually had to do his job and answer the phone to take an order. He was not friendly at all. He told me it would be about 20 minutes and when I said “ok thank you” he just hung up the phone. I told my husband about it and agreed that since we hadn’t paid yet, they can choke on the loss of the sale so we didn’t even bother picking it up. Needless to say, we will never spend another penny there. Disorganized, rude staff.

I’ve ordered from snack shack plenty of times and always had an issue with something missing or sauces not added. But today topped it. I ordered a pizza at 11:09 I was told 20 minutes. I got here at 11:55 to give them extra time I’d needed. Walk in everyone is sitting at a table playing on their phones no one even came to the counter until I said hello. Then they proceed to tell me they forgot to make my pizza. No other orders were being made. This is the last time I order from here.

All there food is good. Burgers are excellent.. just had there breakfast. Pancakes big fluffy and fresh .. omelet excellent as well. Hash browns cooked perfect. Def a place to try ❤️

OMG!! I ordered this chicken bacon ranch sub and couldn’t eat it right away due to work. However when I got off. OMG. Subway. Count your days. That was the BEST sandwich I ever had in my life. And it was cold. Imagine if I ate it hot when I got it. I would’ve clocked out of work. Because I wouldn’t be good to nobody after that amazing meal. Guess who’s coming back for lunch again. This guy.

Very good pizza. I am from Michigan originally and we judge hard on pizza! Snack Shack has better tasting and quality than beer barrel. I did not like beer barrel snack shack has the upper hand any day!

Very small town diner with a nice variety in the menu and a low key atmosphere. A mix of convenience store and diner, easy to swing through for a quick bite and a pop and some snacks for the road.
