They are not aware the pizza is not appetizing when it’s delivered 40 minutes after it’s made

Delivery driver was great. Pizza was burnt and ultimately not really eatable. Fed it to our chickens. Sandwich was good but planned on eating it for lunch. Became dinner.

I was a regular customer for almost 2yrs, but I will no longer be a customer. The food prepared/served is very inconsistent, poor quality on a regular basis. The pizza I received this past Sunday Jun 23rd is the last one I will get from Dominos. I had to throw it out, was not appetizing at all! In the past few months I had maybe 1 out of 3 pizzas that were acceptable and tasted good. I'm done complaining to a mgr. when the order is not correct or product has burnt crust, or soggy, way too much sauce, or toppings not as requested. If they can't give a customer great food or service, then why would I continue to visit this particular store again. I've given them plenty of chances to make it right, be consistent and produce a quality product. I'm done!!!

I had ordered a buffalo chicken sammie, a salad and a small fanta drink, they called me and said they unfortunately didn't have any salads left in stock so they credited my account. They came and gave me a 2 liter of fanta as a sorry on their behalf. The delivery driver, Cole, was very kind and sweet, and I had a great customer experience with the manager on the phone. Outstanding customer service and the food was great. ?

Ordered pizza for delivery the tracker said that it was being prepared I ordered a pizza over an hour I get a email that my order was canceled now I have to wait 2 to 5 days to get my money back you guys have my money and I have to wait to get it back on a mistake that was yours never again will I order from this establishment if I ordered a pizza and picked it up and said I'll give I'll give you the money in one to two days does that sound right

Used to order this subpar pizza pretty frequently just because of the fact that they delivered. Now all of the sudden delivery is not available to me. No longer have a reason to order from here

Delivered our food to the wrong address, claimed they checked the house number while there, (I was literally standing in my driveway with the light on) when my wife called to find out where the food was they said it was delivered to our front porch, which we do not have a front porch, then they refused to make it right and resend out the order. When asked for their managers name or corporates number they responded with "I'm not giving it to you". "We're not allowed to give you that information". Which is obviously a lie. Horrible interaction, definitely will not be ordering from this location again. Then the driver Tracy decided to take it upon herself and call and say that the address changed after delivery.... and then said "I have been doing this for 10 plus years, I think I know what I'm doing." Completely unacceptable behavior for "professionals".
