Very efficient in serving many people at the same time. Portions are sizable. Didn't care much for the Swiss steak as the Thursday special. It was ground meat with gravy. Not my thing.

Hard not to overeat here at a reasonable price. Unparalleled country cuisine and the best pies available anywhere I've been. Incredible.
Even though the food was great and atmosphere, the waitress needs to truly think of a different line of work. No smile, no personality. We were on the receiving end of “I have to hurry up and get my job done. For a special night we had planned she placed a very negative start to it.

Great food! My gramma's fave so we had to make a stop. Chocolate peanut butter pie is the best!!! Everything is delicious and consistently a great experience. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home.

Always a nice atmosphere to share a meal with family and friends. Generous portions of excellent food. The quality never changes...it has been excellent for decades at Hartville Kitchen. You can add to a relaxing day by taking home one of their famous pies and salad dressings or browsing in their gift shop. It isn't just about eating, Hartville Kitchen offers a totally relaxing experience.

The General Manager of operations Dan could not have been more rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate making me wait in the carry out area for 40 mins and not handling a disorder situation.
