Watched fresh chicken tenders being brought out and the lady had her sweater using it as a hot mit and her sweat was draped across the tray not very hygienic if you ask me. Also lack of food safety and very little use of gloves or hand washing. The cooking of the chicken looked like proper procedure was being followed. But the front of the restaurant not so much. Service was very slow and they were not understaffed or very busy at all. The dining room had two maybe four people. The drive thru had one car. The food was old and soggy oil tasted like it had not been changed in awhile.

Slowest fast food restaurant in Ohio!!! Everytime I decide to go threw this drive thru or over run in to get a simple combo meal, it takes 15-25 mins to get my order and it's never hot like fresh or the chicken tastes like rubber!!

The food was disgusting. Was that real fried chicken? The pop was flat, I didn’t even drink it. I had a hard time understanding the waitress and then she just walked away. In a few minutes another waiter came over and I could understand him.

Asked for a small little cup of gravy because they only give you a teaspoon on your mashed Potatoes was told I'd have to pay 3.19! Stop gouging your customers we will not be back.

Don't eat here this place is horrible the so called managers like to bully their 15 yr old employees the manager obviously encourages this behavior by calling her employees her slaves then the so called assistant managers pick on the younger employees to the point they have panic attacks when it their time to go to work.Their food is horrible and hell they don't treat the employees good so why would they treat their customers any better..well they dont..
