When walking into a restaurant and the floor is slippery from grease, not snow and ice, i won't make a purchase there. Also, food allergies prevent my from having choices here. When will fast food chains step up and recognize they are losing market share from their lack of willingness to work with folks who need to follow a restricted diet? As McDonald's is currently, i can safely have water and use the restroom. I keep trying, McDonald's doesn't change though!

Went to the drive thru and ordered. Got to the window to recieve the order and they forgot the cone for my daughter. I guess the guy taking my order didn't hear me say that so I said its fine ill just add it. They told me I couldn't add it and would have to drive around. I asked to speak to manager because I was told I couldn't add it. Her name was Tiffany and she was so rude and unprofessional. She told me I would have to drive around and it's not her problem they are busy and can't add it. I work in customer service and this is not how it's done. She was so unprofessional and rude she slammed the drive thru window in my face. Definitely should not be in a management position! I will not go back to that location!

I went through the drive thru for lunch today and the girl working the back window was awful. She took my money and closed the window in my face without saying thank you or have a nice day. She didnt even give me my receipt. My fries were old and cold. And the chicken for my snack wrap was disgusting. Now I have no lunch and have to work all day. Thanks! The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the girl who handed me my food was a delight. She was really nice and told me to have a blessed day.
