For McDonalds, it was actually really good today here! I’m not from the area and we were passing through and decided to stop for lunch. The gentleman in the drive-thru was super nice and the food was actually hot-good too!!

You can order thru a kiosk or at the register. The only bad part was if you need anything you have to ask an employee. There are no extra napkins, ketchup etc. sitting out anywhere.

2 NIGHTS IN A ROW CAME IN FOR CHICKEN NUGGETS BOTH NIGHT NO SAUCE.
Its mcdonalds. You pay $3 for a burger with patties smaller than the pickle slices. The refill machine is now behind the counter. I ate a mcdouble and almost vomited from the fakeness of the burger, and I vomited from only 9 nuggets. The only thing you should order here is directions to a real restaurant.

I'm not sure how Hartville McDonalds does it. I only go for breakfast . My order is never messed up, that esrly morning crew is friendly and hard working. I can tell there are days they are short staffed, but still the wait time it short or non-existent. The food is hot and tastes great.
