Thus place has good food, but the servers are a hit/miss. Our usual waiter had quit, and the other young lady that we love has not been there during our last few visits.. It seems the whole dimeanor of the staff has turned bland, like tending to guests is nothing but a chore(i mean, understandable, but come on).There is only one recognizeable face as of now. Where did all of your staff go???? I gave 3 stars because I love the food. So far the only redeeming factor.

Food usually tastes good, however many dishes are fairly greasy. Prices are cheap. Not the greatest Mexican place ever but a decent option if you're craving it.

I've never had a problem before ordering food here. I've ordered 2 times in the last month. First time the beef was cold! Like right out of the fridge cold. Picked it up like 30 minutes before they closed. So the next day I went in to complain. The manager called me a liar. The next time I ordered. They forgot one of the items. Went back to tell them and guess what. The manager called me a liar again. I didn't even bring up the fact that they over charge here too! First time I didn't have a menu so I thought maybe the prices went up and they just didn't update the menu online. Well I got a menu the second time I went there and looked at prices. They overcharged me both times by 3 to 4 dollars. Don't even bother going there it's not worth the stress ?
Placed a pickup order and they said 20 minutes. I got there 30 minutes after I placed my order and stood in line for another 30 minutes. I asked if my order was almost done and they said no there is three people ahead of you. The guy said we’re making orders as people come. People who already ate there were waiting in line forever just to pay so they could leave. One lady was so mad waiting she just put money on the counter and left.

The BEST cubana ive ever had in my life. The standard torta cubana is amazing.. But that chipotle cubana is out of this world ! Spicey, smokey, and addicting. 10/10 i get one every week, sometimes i get two ??. All of the staff are fantastic as well. You feel like family and they are fast too !

The Akron location is so much nicer. The prices here are higher and the food isn't as good as Akron location. Staff wasn't the nicest either

Waitress was rude. She never checked on us after we got our food. No refills. The beverages were awful and when we said something about it, she brushed us and said it was fine. Other employees were kind and did her job for her. Food wasn't horrible but the prices are outrageous.
