When I call to place an order for a PizzaHut pizza I do not want to be transfered to a call center in India! I do not have a problem with Indian people but I do have a problem having all my information being sent to another Country! Why is it not possible to speak to someone at the Pizza Hut in which I am trying to buy a pizza from? You have lost some of my business in the past and if you do not do something about this problem you will have lost all my business in it's entirety going forward!

Been here for the Lunch buffet for 20 minutes now and the pizzas have been gone the whole time and nothing new has come out aside from breadsticks. Good thing I have an unlimited amount of time 😒

Have not been here for years but.... the servers were great and even stopped by the table to tell us when other pizzas were added to the buffet!... forgot how good it is.
Forgot two pizzas and when called to get threw was hung up on and could not get threw after when we finally got threw they re made it and sent it but we received two cold pizzas about two hours later

I stepped back in 1990 at this Pizza Hut in Hartville, Ohio. They had a lunch buffet which shocked me because they weren't away years ago. Even had the plastic red cup and refilled my glass from a plastic pitcher. The waitress asked if there was a pizza I would like on the buffet, they made me a Hawaiian and was tasty. Enjoyed the salad bar they had. Had small cinnamon bread pieces and small garlic bread pieces also with pasta and sauce.

I have been to many Pizza Huts in my lifetime, but this location hands-down beats them all!
First of all, the warm-homey, spacious, clean, and properly air conditioned dining room with buffet and salad bar is exactly what I remember from my younger days. Both booths and tables are available for seating. Second, the atmosphere is of course classic PH but the welcoming and friendly staff and quick, reliable service, and delicious pies are what really seal the deal for me. Lastly, the prices are very reasonable and the daily open pizza buffet is a tremendous deal for families looking for a filling meal without paying an arm and a leg, for all those arms and legs.
I live a half hour away from Hartville now, but if I want pizza hut I still make the drive to this specific spot! 'Nuff said! Keep it up guys.
