Every time I order from this pizza hut they forget stuff and then when I want it still delivered it takes another 45 minutes to get it and I live 10 min away. Don't bother paying for delivery they won't complete the order just go and pick it up.

My daughter and I stopped here after going to the Hartville Flea Market. The food was typical Pizza Hut fare but the service was amazing. We felt welcomed when we arrived and they were very prompt and friendly during our time there.

I placed my order online. When it asked for special instructions I stated Very Very Very light sause. Apparently, they dont read instructions because my pizza came with a ton of sause and I ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away. I also stated I wanted porch drop off and that wasnt listened to either. Not going to order here again.

I come here for the lunch buffet and it never fails. They always put out nasty pizzas that nobody wants. Nobody wants banana peppers and hot sauce or mushroom and onion pizza. You request a pizza and it takes over 45 min to finally get something good on the buffet. Keep it simple. I just want a pepperoni and sausage pizza.

I had the all you can eat buffet, and it was good, but they kept running out and had to wait on pizza. The waitress was fantastic and nice. The service is always good, but they need to keep the pizza bar full. Maybe not worry so much about wasting a few slices of pizza if not eaten and just keep it full. This is twice in two weeks I have been in the same situation.

Today! Ordered a new york pizza and the kitchen guys were yelling in the back .pizza came out very dry and overcooked..the server apologized but still payed $15..not happy at all on my experience
