Ordered through door dash. 3 Sauces never sent with wings. Blamed door dash and made zero attempt to correct order when we called (wing sauce inc. for next time or "come through drive-thru and we'll give you some" would have solved it). Door Dash gave far more off our next order than the sauce was worth. Sometimes a cheap fix is a simple way to keep a customer. Or on this case, a way for BOGO to lose one. This owner/management is no better than the last.

Our first time trying pizzaBOGO. We ordered 3 different pizza's they we all great and a big hit with the family. Would totally suggest giving them a try. Didn't disappoint. New owners were great very friendly and very knowledgeable of their product. ??✨️Diane K.

Not often do I post negative, ordered 2 pizzas, 1 gluten free for my wife, that one was fine. I had thin crust, pepperoni & banana peppers, when I got home, it was wrong pizza, called & they said to come back & pick up my pizza, I did, still wrong one, closed at 8:00 so I missed getting the order correct. I gave better than a 20% tip first time at drive up window, no thank you, also no apology for wrong order. We have been going here since BOGO took over for Zeppe’s, bad food inconsiderate manager, will not go back

Ordered the pick three for $28.00, we ordered the pepperoni pizza 12", 4 chicken strips buffalo hot, and the three cannolis.When we got home the pizza didn't have any pepperoni just cheese. The pizza was ok the chicken was probably the best out of the meal. The cannolis were fair.

I love this food but I was told I won a year of pizza for a comment I wrote on super bowl Sunday on facebook . Than he said I never ate there because my cell no did not show up so he took my free years pizza away. . I told him to check my photos out of Google map quests. My photos dont lie! I ate at his place and left a comment and gave him 4 stars. Now lets take away 2. Wink

Worst customer service on the planet. We use to enjoy the food here until they showed us how they treat their customers. Manager Jessica was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. They went to the wrong address not once but twice after me telling them they had the wrong address the first time. Had Jessica stopped yelling over me and listened, it could have easily been rectified. When the pizza came two and half hours later, it was the complete wrong order. I called back for the third time I was told they would send out the right order and hung up on. The order never came and the owner did nothing but offer a coupon?. We would never order from there again even if it’s free.
