Just received my online order of a large half pep, half sausage. It came severely cit up in1/2 inch slices, it was cold, the pieces were all spread around the box. I called romeos and told them. They said they would give me a free pizza next time but that did nothing for this horrid pizza right now??? There wasn't even enough for my family to eat!

Really like the pizza, subs and salad with chicken. Staff is polite and orders are usually ready on time. They have bags on shelving for orders to be picked up which I believe they started with Covid. The bags are dirty and so is the shelving. I order online and get a nice $7 discount on a $30 order but I don’t prepay so my order never makes it near the bags. The entire customer area needs a good cleaning and refresh. Makes me wonder how clean is the food prep area.

Called to see what to order/if there were any deals. Some airhead answered the phone and said “it’s online.”
So I looked quickly on my phone to see since she was clueless, then she kept asking me “are you going to order online or what…?”
I said no, I’m calling you because I wanted to order over the phone. Absolutely worthless on customer service, and had an attitude. I hope the owner sees this so he/she can get the business running better and get rid of foul attitude employees. I told her no thanks, I’ll pay more to order somewhere else. Lost a $50+ order due to incompetence and a foul attitude.
Ordered hundreds of dollars if pizza from this place, and probably never will again.

They are always always late with getting the orders done in time or near the time!! Or they haven't looked to see there's a new order and have never prepared it.. or... they prepared only half of the order not paying attention to the complete order

The only Romeos that still makes the Ultimate Ranch and Potato pizza with sausage, caramelized onions and almonds!! Best ouzza and sauce around! We love Romeo's!! This is our go-to place, even if we have to drive 15-20 minutes for pick up, worth is every time!!
Got a veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The veggie pizza was undercooked on the top and lukewarm. The pepperoni pizza was cooked but had very little extra cheese as there was a very clear delineation between the original cheese that was on it and the extra cheese that was added and this is also an indication that the pizzas are premade, there was also very little pepperoni on it. Adding pepperoni and extra cheese brought the pizza from $12.30 to nearly $18 which is a nearly 50% increase in price, and I'd say that there was an extra 1/3 to 1/2 cup of cheese on the pizza and maybe 20 or so pepperonis. There are many other local pizza places that are not only much cheaper but are also a lot more consistent and tastier.
