The tortilla to my soft taco was very dry and crumbled when I folded over the taco and it just fell apart. Been there a few times and the people that work there don't care about the food or the customer. Atmosphere is very odd to me and doesn't seem like anyone really does there job there correctly.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Out of five items one was actually warm. My fries were ice cold. I'm never one to complain, but I've tried multiple times to give this location a chance. It just seems like there is a bunch of young kids that don't care about being at work. I will never return here again.

Came here at 9pm. Not only are the signs and outdoor lights of but the menu is also not lit and impossible to read. Why even be open after the sun goes down?

The employees are usually nice but it takes a thousand years to get your food. You will be waiting in line forever. They do a reasonable job putting the food together but will never put a single napkin in the bag.It's just so frustrating that they have zero mobile ordering available
This place is bad they can't ever get food right.. Had to sit at the speaker for 5 minutes saying hello, until we had to pull up to the window and say something and all they had to say was sorry... Always a issue here

Waited 5 minutes at drive thru window to give order, and no one was in line in front of us. Did not have beverages that every other Taco Bell carries ??? What they gave us was not what we ordered and sloppy job wrapping the burritos. Should have just driven off and went somewhere else. Pepsi needs to shut down this location and hire and train new people!!.

Worst Taco Bell EVER!!! Pulled up to the drive thru and there was no one there. Order taker told us to wait a moment. For what???? After about 5 mins he came back to take our order. No diet Mt. Dew, no small beverages, no senior drinks. So what do you have? Then our order was totally wrong. Who runs this place???!!! They are the joke of Hartville! It's been like this forever! Don't waste your time or money. Eat at Sheetz! ?
