The employees are usually nice but it takes a thousand years to get your food. You will be waiting in line forever. They do a reasonable job putting the food together but will never put a single napkin in the bag.It's just so frustrating that they have zero mobile ordering available

Love having both Taco Bell and KFC in one place. Only problem with this location is that they are the slowest I've ever been to. I don't care what time you go be prepared to wait. Last time we went there weren't even very many people and we were still in line 25 minutes. That's a bit ridiculous.

Been going here for years. The food is pretty on oar for what you'd expect from the chain and the employees are polite and usually doing their best, but the location seems chronically understaffed and is usually one of the slowest around. If it's a big order, check it closely because they also have a reputation for messing something up or forgetting things. Never had a problem getting them to correct the flaw though, just adds to the extended time as mentioned before.
