The workers work hard. Food is always fresh and good. Service is a little slow, but I blame that on having 2 different menus Taco Bell/KFC. If you order Taco Bell it is not as fast as other Taco Bells becasue of this. I blame ownership, not the workers. If you are at the drive thru and order two burritos, but the 2 cars in front order buckets of chicken and sides you are going to wait.
Place has nice menu because of the combination of kfc and taco bell. However the quality of the food is often very mediocre compered to other taco bells and kfcs. They often have smaller portions and get items in your order forgotten.
Edit: much improved since my previous review several years ago. Slowest taco bell I've ever visited. If you get something from KFC AND taco bell, there's a 50/50 chance you'll get both bags, and what's in the bags is likely to not be made correctly. I finally complained on this last visit, and the manager was kind in the voicemail she left, and offered to give me the same items I ordered on my last visit. It honestly isn't worth another 20 minute wait...
