Dietary restrictions: Perfect place if you're carb-free... you can order a plain burger (single, double, or triple) with cheese, no bun and you get just that. They'll even wrap it in lettuce by request!

Inflation has really hit this place hard. You pay a fortune for a burger and you get a patty smaller then a tomato slice, 2 small undercooked pieces of bacon, way too much mayo, and a bun. I used to love wendys and the baconator, but they charge way too much money for the small burger. You have ruined my loyalty. I hope you are proud of your 3 star average rating.

The food was overpriced. I could go to Grinders across the street and have a sit down lunch for the same price. Food was meh. The inside is disgusting has not changed from when I lived here in 1990’s. They have the same decor(it’s now so faded it’s almost looks black and white?) same seats and same NASTY carpet from the 90’s. So gross. Do better Wendy’s.

I haven't been to Wendy's for some time now. Stopped yesterday for lunch. Jr. Bacon cheese burgers are now 3x more expensive that a few years ago. The small frosty is now what used to be the kids size. I'm sure not the kids size price. What a joke these convenience food companies have become. I do not believe I will eat at Wendy's anymore.

Even though it's in Hartville and is never constantly busy like an inner-city Wendy's, the service is just as terrible and the place is just as run-down.
The dining room is closed at 12pm lunch on a Tuesday. There's a ghetto sign on the door that says they're closed due to carpet "clean" (sic). These idiots can't have their carpet cleaned before they open or after they close. They'd rather lose an entire lunch crowd's money and get negative reviews. Brilliant ownership as usual.

Last time we can came here we tried to eat inside. When we approached the counter everyone looked at us but didn't help us. About 5 minutes later. someone asked if they should help us and the manager said when Drive thru is clear, about THIRTY minutes. There were 3 cars in line. The employee looked at me and walked away. No one said a word to us. We left. The other day i caved to the kids begging and we tried again, the employees were gossiping about other people at window. Said nothing at all to me and handed me a bag that half my food, when I went to ask for the other bag she shoved it at me and said here and closed the window. After waiting in a line of just me for 10 minutes. Oh and the sandwiches were wrong. This location is terrible. I will drive to Brimfield before I go here again and I work in Hartville.

Decided to eat inside today. Food was fresh and hot. Service at the counter was immediate. What dissapointed me was the seating. Several chairs at the tables were wobbly and needed tightened. Several tables needed wiped down. This was surprising to me, considering they were very slow and had multiple people behind the counter.
