I went there a little less than 2 hours before closing and they had already closed frosty machine because the wanted to clean ahead of time. Seems a bit early to close it down for the night and it was the entire reason we had gone there! :(

Order carryout on the app and show up 20 minutes later. They haven't even looked at the order. No one will even look at you. 10 minutes later they ask what you want. 15 minutes later you have your food. Seems impossible when you have 5 employees and it's slow....

Literally stood there waiting to order and staff basically ignored me. They were more interested in taking care of their friends who had come in. After 5 minutes of standing there I told my family we were wasting our time and we left. Service in general I think for dining in Fast food restaurants has become non existent. Poor service and long waits!!

It's exactly what you would expect, being in Hartville. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond what is typically expected. The food was fresh and good quality. I drove a few extra minutes to come here instead of another Wendy's because I knew Hartville would give a better experience for a date with my daughters.

This place is filthy!!! Tables were sooo gross and dirty!!! Took forever to have my order taken… plus to even get it and both sandwiches were wrong… and while I waited every person came back and said their order was wrong!! They kept saying they were short staffed but they had ppl where just standing around not doing a thing??!!! Idk what’s about Wendy’s but I have never been to a good one!! All crap workers that don’t care and don’t know what they r doing!!! Shame Wendy’s!! Cause we love the food!!!

Went to eat after visiting Hartville Thrift Store. Immediately upon walking in, my daughter almost tripped from an uneven carpet. I caught her. My husband ordered from the app. The store was dead, aside from 1 other customer. Our food took forever to be done and was bagged and taped up, even though we had selected dine in. No big deal there, we opened the bags. However, the food was awful! The fries were darkish brown and tasted like super old oil. The burgers were dry & cold, there was no ice and the drinks were super flat. We didn’t even eat the food, I should’ve asked for a refund but I’m too nice. Atmosphere wise, there was the raised up carpet that was a tripping hazard and my seat was super wobbly. I went to the bathroom before we left. No toilet paper. I had to have my daughter help me out. Trash was overflowing with paper towels and there was slippery water all over the floor from a leaky pipe under the sink. It was extremely slow. So zero excuse for how the food was or how the store looked. We normally stay in Louisville and eat at their Wendy’s, but decided to try somewhere else. Huge mistake. We will stick with Louisville Wendy’s!!

Place is run down,3 employees stood there looking at me before 1 finally asked to take my order. Then to top it off, I’ve been sick to my stomach ever since eating there.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came in at 2pm stood in line for 10+ minutes waiting on someone to even acknowledge the elderly gentleman standing in line for who knows how long (long enough for the gentleman to ask me if I could hold his place so he could sit) mind you it was just he and I. I said something to get someone's attention but they simply stared at me then I had to get loud, once I did I had some rude young woman come excitedly raising her voice saying excuse, excuse me but can't you see we only have 2 people with a straight attitude, I look back again and see 4 people and her making five, but watched 6 cars pull out of the drive through and seen they was more worried about that service then the people that were actually in the store. Won't be back.

We stopped in to have breakfast at this location, and it was the worst food I have ever had. We got two of their breakfast sandwiches and a coffee and pop. Everything tasted horrible .we didn't even finish our meals. I spent money on a meal I couldn't eat. We will not be going back. I like Wendy's, but their quality has gotten so bad I will not eat there again.
