My husband and I came to have lunch here today, a Sunday. It was seat yourself, as it was slow. After sitting in a booth for 10 mins and not being greeted we decided to move to the bar so we would be waited on. We placed our order and after an hour our appetizer finally came out. Let me say that there were 4 tables including us, and no one had their food at this point... an hour... for pork rinds....to say the service from the kitchen is lacking is quite an understatement. certainly not how i wanted to spend my sunday..

My husband and I tried this restaurant last friday for the first time tonight. It was not a good experience. The manager made it right and gave us a gift card to come give them another try. The 2nd time going was much better, quick service, the food tasted good too. So glad we had the opportunity to give them another shot.

Worst experience ever,really not one to complain ,so we waited 1 hour before we were even asked what we wanted for a beverage then waited at least 1/2 before getting our drink had to flag waitress down to see about another beverage then the waited forever to take our order ,finally got appetizers then we're asked how was every thing ,ugh we never got our food , is it ready ,I sure hope so we Been here 3 hrs so far.!! So she come back to say they lost our order, your Food will be out in 15 minutes. We'll if you lost the order how in the he'll do you know what we ordered!!! Not a happy customer. Nothing from the manager. We was never even asked how are food was or nothing ,couldn't even get another drink with our food .

This is the 2nd time I have been to this restaurant. This time, under new ownership. This is a pretty nice restaurant in a little town. The menu is vastly smaller than I remember. The chicken chunks with tator tots and cole slaw were filing. The wings were awesome. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The cheesecake was airy and light, not like a new York style. It was very tasty. The carrot cake was pretty good.

All fries, tater tots, and sweet potato fries were cold. Sweet potatoe fries were over cooked. Eaitress asked if i wanted sauce on the sandwich. I Had to ask for BBQ for pulled pork because it was so dry. By the time it showed up, the sandwich was cold. Then was charged for the BBQ sauce. Wasn't going to say anything until that point. The waitress was not pleasant when I brought to her attention and said she needed to talk to the manager. Came back and said was removed from bill and walked away. Will never revisit again. My husband said his company no longer visits the establishment either, but thought we would give benefit and try. Very disappointed. This can't be same as swanton.

New York Strip was not worth the price. Over cooked and grisly. Side was broccoli-4 bites worth.Wife liked the Walleye dinner.Not the same since reopened.
