Went thru the drive thru - only complaint, and this is unusual, was too much cheese on the beef and cheese sandwich - very messy to eat and definitely needed more napkins!!!
I bought 2 market fresh sandwich’s and a order of 4 mozzarella sticks 28$ I got one of the sandwiches made from the heels of the loaf when I called in and spoke to the manager the called me a lier& when I ask for her phone # to send her a pic……needless to say she declined …. Hears my lie…. I WILL NEVER go to the Arby’s in heath…they lie their food is terrible an customer service is atrocious…..I’ll make the trip to 21st street AND they’re MUCH more pleasant. Never mind you my first job in my life for the first eight years with fast food. It’s not that hard and in fast food in my day you’re never right how can you tell people how they want their food and then to call somebody a liar she should not be a manager.

Grub Hub canceled our order so I went myself. Wasn't not pumped. Driver thru only, waited. Wasn't mean but just had business to talk about. Manager on shift was very polite but informative. Wanted to help and get things happening now that I was there. Fries were hot, good transparency and communication in a cherry on top situation of an interesting day. Bearded sir, I appreciated your calmness and just stating what you knew. We will come back, but bring ourselves.
