I took my son to altitude trampoline park with his nana and was craving a sweet almond pretzel so I went to grab one really quick it was only twenty mins before they closed I observed they had a line so I sat on a nearby bench in wait of my turn to order I got up to the counter 18mins before they closed an they lady was like we are done for the night sorry we close in fifteen minutes I’m like so I can’t order she said not any food only drinks I was so bummed an I felt it was wrong to turn away customers because you wanna clean early so u can leave at the exact time you get off but that’s not right whatsoever I live an hour away an was really looking forward to a pretzel can’t say I have ever experienced such disappointment an I believe her refusing to do her job right is completely unacceptable on many levels … guess they should hire better help cause the whole entire work crew was about not doing their job

The staff was friendly and greeted me. I got the standard pretzel bites and sauce. They were hot. They did have a few other items ready to be purchased. It's a nice snack while walking around the mall. It is close to the movie theater.
Parking: Parking near the movie theater. Plenty of spaces.

Wheelchair accessibility: Inside the mall and flat. The counter is waist high.

Boo to this location in Heath Ohio! They charge extra for the dipping sauce, as if their prices wasn't high enough already. Maybe the manager /owners should vacate the malls so they don't have to charge customers mall rent!!!

If there has ever been an award for the dumbest company in the world Auntie Anne’s in the Indian Mound mall deserves it.
Apparently, they cannot give out cups of ice due to Covid. So I’m wondering… Is a normal lemonade or water or pop safe to drink with ice in it??? Is ice causing the spread of Covid???? Should we be wearing masks while putting ice in our cups???? Are we at risk of an ice shortage????? Is the price of ice inflated too????

I was in the mall this morning and was walking by around 930am. I asked the young lady what time they opened and she said 10. I told her I would be back and let her know what I was going to get. I got back and she had it bagged up and ready to go! Fresh...fast and friendly service with a smile! I will be back for more soon. I had a salted pretzel and a cup of pigs in blankets!

Hot, soft and fresh pretzels to satisfy your insatiable craving. Yummy! My favorite is the cinnamon sticks. I'm literally addicted to these! Auntie Anne's also has regular salty pretzels, pepperoni, and pigs in a blanket. Fast service, courteous, and clean.
