I have gotten takeout breakfast at least once a week every week for about the last 6 or 7 years every time gotten the same order with the same complaint about the hash browns not cooked and every single time it's the exact same way anybody got a secret to getting food fully cooked in a restaurant

Just ate at the Heath Oh. location. Won't be back. Daughter ordered scrambled eggs, pancakes, and hash browns. Scrambled eggs were one not scrambled, home fries instead of hash browns, and one pancake burnt. I myself ordered steakhouse burger and onion rings. Onion rings were burnt dark brown and black all 6 of them. When I mentioned my daughters eggs not being scrambled the waitress said " that's how they make them. We've had other people ask the same thing and the cook says that's how he makes them". Needless to say I didn't mention anything else seeing as how they didn't seem to care. Also slooooow poor service for no more customers than was there. And trash all over the floor in plane sight behind the counter. Even saw a waitress pulling at the crotch of her pants as she walked out of the kitchen area. Sad day when I-hop has Bob Evens beat hands down and I don't even like I-hop.

Service here is wonderful. Staff is friendly and attentive. The food seems like most of it is premade and just reheated. I don't think they make much of their stuff fresh in house anymore. If you go to the restaurant your paying for the service/atmosphere because you could get the same meal by going to the grocery store and picking up some frozen Bob Evans stuff and reheating it

The only positive about our experience is our wonderful waitress. The turkey dinner was nasty. The turkey was cold, the cook, Nathen, which was the manager, forgot to put mash potatoes on the plate. The country fried steak didn't have gravy on it. We brought this to our waitress, Illiana, she took care of it. Only thing, the cook, admitted he just threw the potatoes in a bowl with a lot of dark brown gravy, which made the potatoes very soupy and it was suppose to be chicken gravy. And the cook gave our waitress dark brown gravy for the country fried steak, which is suppose to be white gravy. The "COOK" needs not to be in this line of work. He is horrible.

It seems Bob's has forgotten that hash browns are supposed to be "golden brown". Letely, this store (Heath), Millersport at the TA and the Newark store are serving barely cooked hash browns. They were NOT golden brown, served "luke cold", and appeared to have been taken from a steam table and didn't see the flat top. Today, it just rubbed me wrong and I, after the grill "cook" tried to fix them, walked out. The waitress was kind and understanding, but under cooked hash browns are not what I ordered. I even ordered the hash browns "well done". Cold to the touch, complete unappetizing. I shall not be back. WH is coming to Heath and I will take my breakfast to them. This seems like a training issue....jus' sayin'
