Since when do they not serve whole piece chicken? Only tenders?!? Which is fine but the girl behind the counter was confused when I asked if they had whole pieces. Like I was crazy. So we ordered a family tender meal and ended up with a 12 count of chicken poppers. ugh We went to KFC.

Food was over seasoned.The grillled chicken sandwich was soggy like it was sitting for a while. The staff took some time to get our food out and when they gave us it they missed the ranch I paid extra for. Would not recommend for this area when other chicken places like canes is around the corner. Though the staff was kind and behaved

I decided to come down get lunch today at probably my favorite chicken spot and I know what the food usually looks and taste today I got dry room temperature fried chicken. With fresh fries which were delicious. My experience today was just quite a disappointment especially for the price, Y’all have to make sure your chicken holding station has fresh chicken and the heat lamp is on. Hope this actually gets read and hope this place isn’t going down hill.

9/27/25 10am........never have I ever waited so long for my order....20-30 minutes for 2 biscuit combo's. ???? Biscuit's are kinda the core of there business and they were horrible and when the order was finally brought to us the staff was completely unapologetic. Never again!

This place tasted so good when it first opened. Now the food is unseasoned, over cooked, and very bland. Waited 10 minutes for a standard 3 chicken finger box. Fries had next to no seasoning. Won't be coming back any time soon unfortunately.
We were excited when they were opening because we love visiting them when we go down south. Always a great experience with employees that greet you with a smile. However, this location is off. They rarely get an order correct. I keep going back because I hope they've gotten better but they always seem to get worse. My most recent visit they asked me to park. They weren't even busy. I ordered one breakfast sandwich. They pulled two more cars after me. 10-minutes later -| left because had to be at work. I even contacted corporate and received no reply. I saw it's for sale. I'm not surprised. Sad.

We love that Bojanges has come to our area in Ohio. The Bo's chicken sandwich is my favorite. Staff is always friendly, it's always clean. Have never gotten anything bad at Bojangles. Now, if they could get their regular bone-in chicken going here, that'd be great!

Rude female employee on drivethru speaker tonight. She was more worried about asking what I wanted next instead of just listening to my order. Didn't give right drinks, and only receieved 2 TINY peices of chicken in our 4pc kid meal bite boxes. Super annoyed about being shorted food and charged $15 for half of our food and not given forks to even be able eat our mac! So essentially 2 small peices of chicken and a Biscuit is what we were able to consume. Ridiculous!!

Anyone who likes spicy food should try the peach habanero dip. Just the right amount of spice. The biscuits are just like my aunt's angel biscuits: light and fluffy. Don't forget to ask for butter!
