Good people. My only complaint is this is not a true Bojangles because they only serve chicken tenders and not normal bone in chicken. This location should be called Bojangles Lite. Which in my options sucks.

Love Bojangles - one of my favorite fast food places to get a quick bite when you need it most. The 2026 coupons where awesome - staff friendly and mainly young peoples just starting out in the workplace. Yummmmmm

As a North Carolina native, it pains me to have to leave a one-star review. Unfortunately this location just seems to be very poorly managed and is notoriously unreliable. After visiting multiple mornings a week over the course of a month from mid-November to mid-December I can unfortunately report that I was pulled out of line to wait for my food greater than 75% of the time. This includes orders almost exclusively containing breakfast items that should be ready and available at this time of day. This morning I was pulled out to wait for my order containing two steak biscuits and a side of scrambled egg. The steak biscuits are currently the 2 for $5 special so one would assume that management would plan accordingly.
I hope that improvements to speed of service will be made soon, or I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
1/16/25 - new year, positive changes. I've visited several times already this year and am pleased to share that the service has improved drastically. Service speed has improved drastically. Well done!

Brought home lunch from Bo’s after deciding between there and Wendy’s.. got home with the food and I should’ve went to Wendy’s. The fries were so salty my dog wouldn’t even eat them! When I called I was told that’s how they’re supposed to be. I highly doubt that the company is having them douse them fries in salt to the point ranch doesn’t help and a dog won’t even eat them.. wasn’t offered to come back for replacement but honestly I wouldn’t have even if it was offered. It’s every time me and my family go, so we’re just not going any more

Me and my family dined in at bojangles tonight and as everytime we come here this place is great there staff are very friendly service is excellent there bath rooms are on point very clean and user friendly!

So fed up with this place. Most of the time my order is wrong. This time I tried the 12 piece family meal for 38.99. We got 10 pieces.. ok, family meal here. Paying almost 40 bucks you think we could have all 12 pieces? I will be so happy when the new chicken places come to town. This place is to high priced and you don't get what you paid for. It's frustrating trying to give your family a treat and you get the ripped off

Since when do they not serve whole piece chicken? Only tenders?!? Which is fine but the girl behind the counter was confused when I asked if they had whole pieces. Like I was crazy. So we ordered a family tender meal and ended up with a 12 count of chicken poppers. ugh We went to KFC.
