This Bojangles is not what I am use to in the south. Nothing like it is suppose to be. I ordered mashed potatoes and the person the taking the order said they don't have those up here. If one is going to open a franchised restaurant would they not have the full menu! This place is a sorry excuse for Bojangles.

Chicken sandwich was good, but pretty spicy. Nice crispy coating on large pieces of chicken breast meat. Preferred the mac and cheese over the fries. Looks like the tasty menu is for breakfast which is served until 2 pm. We will try that next time. Oh, and can't forget the cheerwine soda!

I don’t usually write reviews on here as well that’s just not my thing, but let me tell you…this is my favorite place to eat in Heath! Very bright, comforting atmosphere. The place is also very clean! The food is decently priced - especially since you get a lot - especially in the large fixin’s. Even without the large, you still get plenty of food. The chicken is fantastic. I seen a lot of people say it’s bland (which I don’t agree with; it’s slightly spicy and the breading is amazing), and there’s no bones. That is true, although it doesn’t bother me as I’m more of a chicken tender gal anyway. But the baked Mac and Chees has been my favorite side; I’ve tried the fries once or twice and they’re always seasoned perfectly. The biscuits were dry when we first tried them a half a year ago; but ever since we’ve been back at least 10 times because they’re just so good and they’re not as dry now. They’re light and fluffy; just like a biscuit should be!! The workers there are always super kind, and gave us a little water bowl for our dog out in this 93 degree weather. I didn’t catch her name, but she definitely deserves a raise!! (: Overall, loved the atmosphere, the workers, and the food!!! Definitely recommend it over KFC ANYDAY.

I was the store opening AGM at this location. They refused to give me Sundays off for church, paid me 5k less than whet they offered at the interview, worked me 65+ hours when they said it would be 50, then acted like all of this was a surprise when i would bring it up. Saying they don't remember offering me X amount or how many hours a week. I was an AGM, every single person who is above me has openly made fun of individuals with disabilities and use the "R" slur. Courtney, who is above the GM at this store said, and I quote "We might be in the special Olympics with this staff but we could win a medal" when I overheard her talking to HER BOSS about her own staff. I even was told not to thank employees for doing a task as it was expected that they should do it. Don't say please or thank you to your staff. Literal instructions from higher ups. I have a million more things i could tell you but i hope this is enough. Even when i worked there my order would always be wrong...... this place is something else.
