They forgot over half my order. Had to read my receipt out about 10 times even though they were looking at it on their screen. They were completely rude . What wings I did get were over cooked and so crispy they might as well been chips. And apparently there is no quality control because my chicken wings are so inbreed that they grow extra appendages. Do not order from this location. I've dinned in and ordered hoping for improvement but it's been over a year there hopeless.

As much as I want to like this place I do not. The main issue, which has nothing to do with the restaurant is the app. On the day we picked up food their computer deleted all online order or at least that was what was told to us. Then when we got our order it was wrong. Orders should not be wrong after we waited over an hour past the time we were told to pick up. We are dumb because we come back after a while of taking a break.

Food was good. But after dinner I saw a sign that said 2 for 19.99 with the same two thing that me and my girlfriend got for dinner. Now I got a Onion ring as well which would have added about 10-15 dollars on the bill. So at the end of the dinner my bill was 60 dollars for 10 wings fries 3 chicken tenders potato wedges and a order of onion rings. While they are advertising it for 19.99 I payed and mentioned that I hadn't seen the promo till after I paid. My waitress then brought to my attention that you have to specifically ask for this promo. Seems weird to me if you offer a promo and I order stuff within the promo you would think the waitress would say hey this deal is available. That did not happen I overpayed for dinner by about 30 dollars kinda ruined the experience for me. I asked about getting my money that was overpayed back and was told that it is not possible.

Ordered online, said food would be ready in 20min. Got there and waited another 30min to find out my order wasn’t even in fryer yet. 2 other gentleman’s food was supposed to have been ready an hour ago, and there was probably 5-6 others waiting also. You didn’t see waitresses taking food to tables either. Where was the food they were supposedly working on? They were supposed to cancel my order and refund my money but it still was charged now I get to call and fuss about that. Don’t recommend.

Uhhh. Not sure why my review was deleted Tuesday October 21. I didn’t realize we could pick and choose reviews. My fiancés burthday was last week and he got a promo for free wings for his birthday. We had a gift card so we ordered take out after my daughter’s dance class. I ate my entire meal and was finishing the last few fries in the fry box and I come across an acrylic nail! I picked it up not knowing what it was. It was 100% an acrylic fingernail. It looked burnt like it broke off and landed in the fryer. As a server myself, I am absolutely disgusted.

messed up my meal THREE times. not little mistakes, but literally bringing out an entirely different meal than we ordered. took over an hour to get food to begin with, then waited even longer for the correct food (again three times). no sauces or sides that we requested came out. terrible experience no financial compensation for the troubles.
