Chicken sandwich undercooked and smelled like it had been sitting out for a week it’s almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, it’s a struggle every time I try to order from this place. Waited for 30 mins trying to dine in and nobody acknowledged us so we just left wasn’t even busy, however the kitchen area seemed to be having a lot of fun with their loud and inappropriate music and screaming disgusting remarks, definitely don’t recommend

Please teach ur workers to not ignore people.at the door. If u don't have anyone greeting and u get busy, then the waitresses that all stared at me need to say sorry someone will be right with u! Otherwise customers feel ignored!

The onion rings was the best I've tasted yet without the sauce even with it, it's pretty good me nor my wife liked the house margaritas they taste like dirty water the mood of it was pretty chill tvs everywhere so let's of entertainment if you wanna ignore convo. Service was ok looked like one lady was serving everybody though her name was Sarah she did a good job despite otherwise. They also have free WiFi so the kids can access it, bill was about $60 not bad at all.

I was so disappointed. I tried ordering ahead of time but the girl didnt take my name down, her mistake cost me my dinner. I was there spending $60, and was treated like oh well, by the girl who made the mistake. Im the customer. I answered your questionson the call, waited on hold for u to get help and you ended the call before you had all the info to complete the order. Then acted like my wasted time and now, no food, was no big deal. I will not be back.

This is second time I ordered takeout and had to wait 35mins+ AFTER I got to the place…no excuse for a place to be ran that unorganized when all I ordered was a burger and a few wings very disappointed how this place is ran…Roosters has this place beat all round can see why it is so crowded no competition

I don't know what happened to this place but it's rough. Took my family in there for dinner tonight, got there about 6:40 and it was a ghost town. There were four other tables in there and 3/4 of them only had two people. It took a while for our server to even get to our table for drinks. We didn't get our food until 7:50 and it was all cold. We ordered an appetizer and everything came out at the same time. We said something to the waitress and she asked if we wanted to speak to a manager so we said yes. The manager was so rude. She walked up behind me not even to where I could see her and said "you needed me?" Like asking to speak to her was the biggest inconvenience of her life. My wife told her our food was cold, and seriously it was. Old cold tasting fries, mozzarella sticks were not fresh. You could just tell it had been sitting for a while. Then the manager cut her off and said your ticket time was 25 minutes. Okay well that's honestly a long time for two burgers and fries and an appetizer when the restaurant was EMPTY by this time. The manager was like well I can take off your appetizer but that's it. It's just so frustrating because that wasn't even the point. We went there to spend money and have a nice fresh meal as a family. Just over all terrible and really A disappointing experience. It's wild that when we order take out from here it's more fresh than it was dinning in.

Extremely long wait time. We were in the “party room”, but we did not have a single order for many tables or any special orders, every table ordered themselves as usual. The first food started to come after 1 hour 45 min. The last items arrived, after several reminders, after 2 hours 20 min, which we took in boxes because we already needed to run. Moreover, when the food was coming, waiter was yelling from another side of the room and if you missed your food, you are out of luck. I do not remember experiencing anything like this before. This is not a good service.

I took my girlfriend and her daughter to this location. We were "served" by Ashley. She took our drink and appetizer order. She came back a little later and we were still undecided about what we wanted to order for dinner. She left. My drink was empty before the appetizer came. The House sampler arrived, Chicken was missing from the nachos. She came around 15 minutes later to check on us. We reported the chicken missing from the nachos and no drinks. She left to see about having chicken made to add to the nachos. Another 15 minutes, she comes back with the chicken. No drinks. We ask for drinks again. Another 10 minutes and she brings 1 drink. Feed up, I ask for the bill. At this point, she never even took our dinner order, just the appetizer. We ended up placing a take out order which I still waited Another 10 minutes for after they said it was ready. Our menus were still in the table when I paid my bill and left. One of the absolute worst service experiences. We did complete a feedback in which we received no response even a week later.
