I recently had a frustrating experience at your drive-thru. After waiting approximately 20 minutes without any response on the speaker, I decided to go inside. Despite only two customers being in line, my order, which I received 20 minutes later, was incorrect. As someone who works in the food industry, I understand the challenges, but this was particularly disappointing

Can't speak to the food. First time after not being greeted for 3 minutes I left.

Second attempt I waited 15 minutes for them to take the order of the vehicle who arrived 12 minutes after me. I left.

Idk but I’m sure the staff was Tweaking HARD!!! The Cashier was taking our order LOUDLY & then when we got our food the fries 🍟 weren’t warm,kinda seemed old from earlier and when we asked if we could have fresh fries the cook then asked “ Let me guess their cold !!? “ and we’ve been here before and NEVER had this happen smh

Sat at the drive-through call box for about five minutes before somebody decided to get out of their car from a smoke break. No one in front of me so I left drove up to the window. Nobody there drove up to the second window. No one there looked in the store. No one there you know I love me some whopper every now and again but now I see why they’re failing business. How are you supposed to make money if nobody’s there to work. Good thing there’s a McDonald’s down the street.

My experience was terrible today me and my fiancé had to wait 20-30 minutes to get our food all the workers were standing outside in a group just talking then when we were waiting on our food all the workers were just standing around Also got two bbq bacon whopper jr. that had no bacon on either one of them ordered a large Coca-Cola Zero sugar then the lady told me they don’t serve that at the window the service was terrible I DO NOT recommend 😤

For the first time ever I was actually in the drive through and out in a very reasonable time for breakfast, was the only car in the drivethrough about 945am. Before I pulled off I realized the hashbrowns were not edible. They were clearly re fried and rock solid so I asked for fresh to be made and pulled around to the front. No problem, they bring out "fresh" ones and I go home to eat my breakfast. Maybe 3 min drive and I get home to realize hashbrowns are the exact same as the first time and the croissant on the sandwich was also rock solid and the sausage was shriveled up and looked disgusting. Fast food is not that great but charging 9 dollars a meal and giving out food that is so bad your dog won't even eat it is unacceptable. Been eating this burger King since I was a child but can guarantee they won't get another dollar from me terrible establishment top to bottom. Should be ashamed to give food out this bad 👎

So I only have a 30 minute lunch at work. I drive there and get in line and wait for someone to answer me. I go there at 11 that is an hour till they close. I understand that restaurants like to start shutting down when it gets close to closing time But you’re open for an entire hour starting at 11. I wait for 10 minutes until somebody finally answers me only for them to tell me that their fryers are down and they only have whopper Junior meat and they can only make certain things meaning that you cannot order fries or onion rings or chicken fries or anything besides a whopper Junior it is a bit ridiculous for a restaurant to shut down Friars, an hour before they close when one of their biggest items is french fries. I will not be returning here. The service was terrible and I was not able to get lunch because I wasted my time driving there and waiting to order just for them to be rude to me and try to sell me a whopper Junior as my only option terrible service, and the person that franchisees this should seriously look into his management and make some adjustments because they are losing him business
